Ich fand das Zimmer nicht sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das Zimmer und das hotel sind mit den Bilden im Internet nicht zu vergleichen. Ich buche dort nicht wieder.

A nice, clean hotel with excellent staff. Nicole & Brigit made us most comfortable and breakfast was adequate too. Very near train station

The room was huge and gave us plenty of room to spread out. It was difficult for us to navigate with big luggage with the many stairs up to the 4th floor as there are no elevators. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived, but was done fairly quickly. Hotel is old and it shows. The room was sufficient for our one night stay and if you are looking for a no-frills, fairly basic location, this is one to consider. The room was clean and we opted not to take showers due to the big tub and trying to access it.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Kiel. The desk personnel was very polite, professional and accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. There is inadequate heating in room no. 15.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was dirty and the courtyard was even dirtier. To make matters worse, on a Monday morning, the (emergency) exits were locked and the staff was nowhere to be found. We talked to them on the phone and they didn't even know who was in charge. They did not call us to update us; we had to call them again. After a while, when an employee finally appeared, she wasn't able to open any door either, at first. She told us to go to one of their other hotels, in the same city, to have our breakfast there. Afterwards, again, there was no staff, except for the cleaning lady, who was waiting outside, in the street, for someone to open the door for her. In the end, did they offer us a voucher or a partial refund? No. Did we receive a written apology? No. They weren't even willing to provide an invoice, claiming that the booking confirmation is the invoice.

Overordnet godt ophold. Den daglige rengøring kunne godt forbedres. Meget iøjenfaldende nullermænd og støv på lister og under inventar. Hyggeligt hotel, centralt beliggende til en god pris. Ellers ikke en finger at sætte på noget!

Fint sted til pengene. tæt på centrum

Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und ist auch ca. 3 Minuten nur von der Einkaufspassage Sophienblatt (ich meine die heißt so) entfernt. Man ist auch schnell im Zentrum.

Ingen elevator, og lidt for lydt. Men ellers et fint værelse.
