This hotel is very nice very friendly staff and very good chef from Italy amazing breakfast a breathtaking view and beautiful flowers comfy bed and the rooms smell amazing easy to go to places and the staff speak very good English thank you the court boutique hotel I loved my stay I insure you that I will come back.

Nice property nearby the airport. Only problem was they didn't have a key for me to my room when I checked in (very late). They let me in, no problem, but then I didn't have my own key. There was no lift, but the staff helped with my bags.

If you like small, personal hotels with a homey feeling, this place is ultimate

The accommodations at the court boutique Hotel were simply breathtaking. My room was exquisitely designed, with elegant furnishings, plush bedding, and state-of-the-art technology. Most Horrible Hotel in 200 Hotels Traveled in 10+ Years Had they Refunded for my Stay - I would appreciate. Upon leaving & insisting they gave me a Letter saying the Guest was unhappy and left The booking was fully paid for 4 nights. My Story of 5 Hours at this Worst Hotel: Instead of Std Double Room - they gave me some Staff Room / A Cage. 1-Reception has a clock not working 2 Reception phone is always engaged whereas there is no one actually to attend 3. Room has no charging point - just behind table for freeze and Tv. How to charge phones 4. No light even for writing desk unless you shift table and remove Tv or lamp plug!! 5. Room pictured were different but here No window. Glass panel was external back side compound as service passages. Totally Like caged in 4 walls. 6. Dull lights of low voltage few bulbs with No externaL Sun light source When I asked to show if they have other room to give me- I was told reception manager will come another 1.30 hrs but never showed up!! Finally, I left & they did not wish to refund me even 50% [4days prepaid agoda], Any respectful hotel would may be charge 1 day and refund 3 days . No They Were Silent & Horrible

This is a tucked away hotel with a wonderful staff and nice location a few blocks from the Convention Center, a couple of blocks to a grocery store (in room refrigerator) and a couple of restaurants. I have friends who live a couple of blocks from the hotel and both said they had never even noticed it but had heard of the little coffee shop next door. The grounds are small but well-kept and beautiful. The breakfast is good – order from a small menu that changes daily. But, the staff is so accommodating that I think they would fix anything you requested if they have it. The rooms are small – at least ours was. But the a/c worked well, water was hot and they provided drinking water. This is not a deluxe five-star hotel but a good value for the price. There was some live music Friday and Saturday nights at the coffee shop next door that we thought was going to be a problem but it quit promptly at 9PM. This is our first trip to Kigali and I would check out other hotels before staying here again but I would not be disappointed if I had to stay here again. It was clean, amazing staff and comfortable (except for the totally flat pillows which I have encountered around the world.) Again, I would be OK staying here again but would check out other options as well.

No complaints enjoyed my stay but most importantly my service!!

Great little boutique hotel

I enjoyed my time the staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. They made my stay very pleasant. Walking distance to grocery stores and Malls. I don't like huge corporate hotels. This had to touch of home away from home.
