Just back from an overnight at the hotel. The staff were all lovely, cocktails delicious and an amazing breakfast. The thing that let it down was the room. The bed was mega hard and only one pillow was provided. The tv was ancient, no smart tv so you can watch netflix etc. The room itself is dated and needs updated to match the rest of the hotel. I know it's just been bought over so im sure that will be on the list. Once the rooms are more modern I would definitely rerurn!

My Wife and I were on an overnight stay at the Fenwick Hotel. The Hotel was lovely and spotless clean, the room was lovely and spacious with a large very comfortable bed. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the food was delicious. Thank you all and see you all again in the future.

what a fantastic place to stay. We travlled to Kilmarnock for a wedding and stayed here for 4 night. The food is outstanding and the staff are amazing. They were very helpful and very attentive. We were invited to a night in the function room which included a free meal and complementary drink. We had a great night

Just back from staying two nights at this hotel and I must say from start to finish all the staff where first class on service, nothing was a problem, the food in the restaurant was excellent in taste as well as presentation. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the restaurant alone hats off to the chef.

We stopped on the way home from Glasgow hoping to get a meal. There was three of us and we all had a delicious meal. It is certainly worth a visit.

Lovely overnight stay. Bed was big and comfy, pillows were a bit flat and could do with being replaced. Dinner and breakfast were lovely and very tasty. The breakfast fresh fruit was particularly good with a good variety which you don't usually get in most hotels. Friendly and efficient staff throughout our stay.

We had a lovely relaxing night at the Fenwick Hotel. Nice room with a huge comfy bed. I think the pillows could be doing with being replaced as they were quite flat. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. The breakfast fruit was particularly nice with a lovely selection which you don`t normally get in hotels. Nice friendly staff.

- The web page offering of room images and what you actually get when you arrive are very deceptive. - Room offered was in the older section of the hotel which is very run down. These rooms images are not on the web page. Because they are of very poor quality, more like a hostel room!! - rooms stink of must. - bed very uncomfortable. - No air conditioning. - Hallway radiators in hallway on full blast and no way of turning them off on an extremely hot day. - Curtain poll falling off wall. - Shower facilities very poor with old triton shower and very poor water pressure. - Extremely hard to set water temp on same from scalding hot to cold. - Over all very disappointing room facilities offered. - Food very poor
