チェックインの利便性：チェックインは迅速で、デポジットも不要でした。 設備：少し古いですが、概ね機能的です。私たちは1泊のみの滞在でシャワーを浴びなかったため、バスルームのシャワーは壊れているようでした。洗面台にはお湯が出ました。 環境：公園の端に展望台があり、キリマンジャロ山の景色を眺めることができますが、視界は天候に左右されます。 サービス：レストランのスタッフはとても親切で、ウェイトレスの1人は中国語をかなり話せました。

First off - the website portrayed an entirely different resort. One that looked like intimate outdoor dining (it was a food hall that could easily seat 300. It boasted morning and evening wild game drives. We had to arrange and pay for that separately. The cabins had such poor lighting that we had to use our headlamps inside the tents at night. Even getting there was a fiasco. For starters there was a big communication breakdown with our driver arranged through the hotel who was to pick us up at Amboseli air field. When he didn't show, I messaged the hotel because they never provided his number to me. The hotel said - he's there at the air field now. He wasn't. It was completely empty except for us and the 2 rangers babysitting us because they couldn't leave 2 tourists there on the savanna with the wildlife. After messaging back and forth for an hour - our driver finally showed up. The rangers were NOT happy. Once at the hotel - the service was okay - at our first lunch the dining hall (yes it is vast) was nearly empty so we sat down at a table on the edge that had 3 place settings. The waitress asked us to move to a table with 2 place settings. We did but to a table right next to where the line queued. The original table sat empty our entire meal. The hotel was "all-inclusive" but the meals provided only coffee or hot water for tea - no water or chilled drinks without extra payment. Lastly with regard to service - we each had a backpack and a 20 KG duffle. Our room was as far as possible from reception. Three porters fell all over themselves to separately collect our bags from the driveway and walk with them 15 feet to reception expecting a tip. But when it was time to take bags to the room - a full ten minute walk from reception - they vanished and we hauled our own bags. Same for departure, no one was available to help with bags until we literally got with 10 feet of reception and 2 porters rush up to collect and carry our bags the last ten feet? No thank you!

安博塞利這裏的酒店很難定，找地接或者提前訂都是比較好的選擇，我們是提前一個月出來的房間，入住的時候大吃一驚，實在不值這個價位，裝飾是八十年代中國風。不提供牙膏牙刷，每天衹有三瓶水，多了要自己買。沒有護髮素，從公園回來頭髮都打結了，還好箱子裏找出來一小支。早晨觀景平台可以看到乞力馬扎羅山。小哥們搬行李倒是很積極，出動了六個人給我們搬。

Beautiful lodge, amazing views of Kilimanjaro. Peter and Nico in the bar were knowledgeable, friendly and great hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Sentrim Amboseli was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Waking up to the sight of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance was truly unforgettable. The food was excellent, with a great variety on offer. The location is perfect for exploring Amboseli National park. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the entire team was truly outstanding. Sentrim Amboseli combines comfort, adventure, and authentic Kenyan hospitality.We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience and would gladly return in the future.

Excellent staff one of the best staff. Room was tidy and clean. Just the shower needs slight improvement wonderful location just next to Kimana Gate which is ideal.

Location was far from reserve. Lighting was very poor in the tent. Zero showers because there is zero pressure I'm glad the flushing was good. Food was really bad. Tasteless and choiceless. The people and service was great that is why I added 1 star more. Really not worth going to unless you get a really cheap deal and do t mind. They have a Kilimanjaro viewpoint but that's not serviced at all..so difficult to sit there, no chairs or benches.. Pool was dirty and full of insects,so definitely not swimming.

We had a great stay! Very kind staff, especially to Emmanuel many thanks! The lodges are clean and well organised. The food is good (buffet). There is a nice bar where you can have a drink. Really worth the recommendation! Bob&Nathalie

Great location just outside Amboseli park, staff extremely friendly, lodges are comfortable & fully equipped including a fridge, iron & hair dryer. Swimming pool was nice if not a little chilly, restaurant food was plentiful hot & with a good variety, likewise bar area was well stocked. A fire pit was lit every night with chairs to sit around. Grounds were sprawling with a viewing platform of Mount Kilamanjaro, weather permitting. Four poster bed with mozzarella nets.
