総合的に、とても良い宿泊施設だった。家族4人で泊まるには十分で、掃除も行き届いており、清潔感のある宿だった。 注意しなければならない点は、フロントにスタッフが常駐している訳ではないので、着いたら電話で呼び出さなくてはならない。従って、現地の電話番号（SIM）が必要。ただ、レセプションの向いが管理人の住居のようなので、これを知っていれば携帯は必要ないかもしれない。 もう一点は、乾燥機があると書かれていたが、実際には無くて干す場所だけだった。

カンガルー島のキングスコートという小さな町は、町のレストランのすぐ近くにあります。島のレストランは早く閉まってしまうので、大家さんはとても気を利かせて、食べ物や飲み物を用意してくれて、パンフレットも用意してくれました。すべてのレストランのテイクアウト注文で。カンガルーアイランドオリジナルのドリップコーヒーは、ドリップ器具を使った淹れ方も詳しく教えてくれます。 総合的にとてもおすすめです。清潔で衛生的で環境も最高です。ホテル前のビーチではアザラシの赤ちゃんが泳いでいるのも見られました😊

良いロケーション

Location is near to the pier side that you can catch sight of half a dozen of seals. The house comes with a personal garage that provides convenience when u have a lot of shopping and luggage. Overall a great stay!

The Villa is very close to Kingscote jetty, easy access and check in. The unit is spacious for big group of people, equipped with washer and laundry powder for quick laundry. Its kitchen has dish washer. Simple breakfast cereal also provided. We had a comfortable stay even just for 1 night.

My family and I had a great time at Villas. The villa is spacious, clean, and the service was lovely. We will stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.
