One issue was when we went in the room. There was no heat on the tops were shut off in the bathroom. The fridge was unplugged. It wasn't cold. And the messes outside of some of the rooms definitely look like it was a spot where people lived in the rooms

Family run place. Seems like good people. Great prices. Maybe a little bit more use of bedroom space for microwave and mini fridge.

Bed****s and mattresses need to be replaced as they're so old and dirty and the most important thing is that bugs are seen on them.

There were mice or rats or something inside the walls that moved around and or chewed on things all night. It made it really hard to sleep. Rest of it was fine.

The staff were very obliging when asked to come to the room. The area was clean and good access to grocery shopping. Other guests were loud and disruptive.

I picked the hotel because it was relatively inexpensive, at least compared to the hotels in downtown Kingston, so was pleasantly surprised to find our room had a kitchenette and that the service was great! The bed was very comfortable, but I thought the towels were a little rough. Being located next to a grocery store that sold beer was also a plus.

The owners were very nice and quickly accommodated our date changes, but the jacuzzi suite is very dated. Clean room.

This was the uncleanliness motel I have ever stayed in. We travel a lot and have stayed in some bad ones, this deff topped it. There were splatted marks everywhere! Nothing was wiped down. The guy gave us a two bedroom and too is not to use the Second bed, because we paid for one. The beds where gross. Iam also a diabetic and my sugars drop all the time. Everything was sold out. No juice/pop or water! Never go back .
