Wonderful hotel and staff, very comfortable stay and lovely location right by Devon house. Room was roomy and quiet. Secure parking. And most importantly, an excellent selection of Hampden Rums at the bar!

It was classy and quiet, the staffs were very respectful and pleasant . Food was amazing. Was walking distances to many heritage and historical tourists attractions and land marks. I didnt notice any kind of entertainment for guests but we was out most of the time. I was also on a business trip..i would strongly recommend.

This was a beautiful property, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only negatives I had was that the AC didn't cool the room a lot and the fridge inside the room didn't seem to be cold at all. Other than that this is an amazing hotel.

Some how I felt like I was given a room that wasn’t the best room however I could be wrong . I enjoyed me stay though and the staff is very helpful and friendly so I appreciated that .

The rooms are spacious with plenty of lighting, modern bathroom, sofa, desk. Good racks in closet. The breakfast is superb with eggs to order, and servers to dish your food choices. The facility is an airy traditional style residence that hosts weddings, business and government officials. Great value.

On a trip home to Jamaica the buffet breakfast hits all the spots. No running around trying to find different dishes at different restaurants. Theyre all on the breakfast menu.

The property is dated. The bathroom needed to be remodeled and at the very least have the tiles in the shower grouted. The pool area needed to be updated. In room carpets also need to be replaced. Cut away palm trees that block the view and the sunlight from streaming into the rooms. Dinner was great but the hotel seems to hosts events on their grounds that could mean a late night disturbance when you want to go to bed early. Most of the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I would come back to dine or attend an event but not to stay.

Old school charm with a colonial feel, which is a nice change from the stark cookie cutter corporate chains a la Marriot, or the overly artsy hotels that never deliver on the service. Best place to stay in kingston, in my opinion with comfy and quiet rooms and good amenities. Also two of the best restaurants are located here - a fine dining and a smart casual.

I like the fact that it was convenient to the shopping areas and restaurants . The staff were very nice. The breakfast has lots of variety and very great.
