ハンプトン イン キングズヴィル(Hampton Inn Kingsville)

The room was very spacious and had so many options of where to store your items. The only issue was our sink was not draining properly, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were great! We will come back to stay.

Came in on Xmas night. Sleepy. Kids wanted to watch TV, tv was not connected, could not get it connected (tv continually did automatic channel search every time upon powering on). Needed to place baby’s milk in fridge, fridge was hot(turned down knob all the way, that fixed it). Had room on 3rd floor two or three doors north of elevator on west (back) side of building. Could hear an extremely loud knocking noise from something on/near roof. Sounded mechanical in nature. Loud enough to prevent comfortable nights sleep. Hot water took extremely long to reach faucet. Too many small things that made the visit far too uncomfortable, will not be back.

I liked that it was clean. Nice Staff, but room did not have phone and shower curtains not long enough water would go all over the floor. No exhaust fans in the bathroom.

We arrived to find our room was musty smelling and had a small unit brought in, but when we alerted the front desk, they immediately gave us a new room and walked us there just to make sure the AC was working properly in the new room. Best night's sleep I've had in forever - super comfy, roomy, and nice breakfast (love the pumpkin spice waffles!)

The desk personnel were very efficient and helpful. I also like that the hotel was prepared with travel items that I had forgotten at home, like toothpaste and toothbrush. Thank you!

Checkin was fast and easy. The room AC was loud but cooled.

Elevator was broke, iron was broken, no manager to help out, very sad usually Hampton is my go to hotel.

Elevator was out of order with no signs, key card didn’t work to re-enter hotel from pool. The rooms had an odor, trash was not removed from room on a daily basis. Not satisfied!

Unfortunately, shortly after we checked in we had to check out and ask for a refund. The cable was completely out and no definitive time of when we would have it back on and the toilet seat was broken. Anyssa at the front desk was friendly and apologetic.
