The room was very comfortable (and ground floor as I requested), bed was very comfortable and the TV was a good size with all the channels and no signal interference. I'd just like to say a special thank you to Debbie on reception who was more than helpful.

A pleasant stay at this Premier Inn and have been to many. Comfortable beds and good sized room. Good customer service from staff and nice little touches considering families such as books and toys in reception. Plenty of parking and next to a Costa and McDonald’s with Aldi across the road. Beefeater restaurant was good too.

Great hotel. Staff were really friendly. They were also good with my children. Rooms were clean and tidy. Better than I expected them to be. The evening meal and breakfast were lovely. Good price for the amount of food that we ordered. Restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for us! Fantastic service round!

Has to be said, Debbie on the reception goes above and beyond, I asked her if she knew were I could get cream from for my dry skin on my face as I had left mine at home, and she suggested the supermarket across the road, which didn't have any. Low and be hold the next day she gifted me a brand new bottle of e-45 cream. What a legend, thank you deb's.

Ideal location with lovely staff who were friendly and helpful . Clean and comfortable room - the bed was comfy and the room was lovely and warm.The bathroom was clean. There were tea and coffee facilities and handy Beefeater restaurant attached. .

Thanks you to all the staff at Premier Inn Kingswinford particularly Bev who helped to make my stay comfortable. I had to get an early start so Bev arranged a call to the room and a breakfast package as I had to be out before breakfast started. Many thanks again

The receptionist were very polite .. the room was very tidy .. very comfortable bed .. bathroom/toilet was immaculate… overall very happy with our stay.. you had complementary tea/coffee … nice size tv
