ホテルはとても良く、一流のサービスを提供しています。ウェイターには武漢出身の若い男性がいて、とても親切に中国語を話します。環境も良く、遠くに雪を頂いた山々も一望できます🏔️

初めての木曽でしたが、本当に素敵な宿に出会えました。露天風呂付きのお部屋に泊まったのですがテラスからの眺めも素晴らしく、最高に癒されました。ぜひまた来たいです。

星空がとてもきれい。望遠鏡を貸していただいて木星を観察。衛星がハッキリ見えました。

The hotel was proposed and booked through our travel agent as part of a package - I was absolutely shocked when I subsequently checked out the price. 77400 yen or 480 euros for a 21m2 room for 5 people! And this is the entry level price! The ryokan was very nice, the communal area and onsen very pleasant, the free shuttle to the station appreciated and the food very creative, but there are plenty other 4 star ryokan in the area for a fraction of the price.

Our stay was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had! Highly recommend staying here for at least a couple nights if given the opportunity. Cannot thank the helpful staff enough!

An absolutely amazing experience from the moment we arrived to leaving. The staff were helpful and welcoming and went that extra mile to ensure we had the most amazing stay from ensuring we were happy with our meals, to suggesting areas to visit. They couldn't do enough for us.

This was our first experience of a traditional Japanese Ryokan, and it more than lived up to expectations. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were a little unsure of sleeping on a futon on the floor, but it was fine actually. Service and hospitality from all staff was outstanding. The quality of food for both dinner and breakfast was first class, although not all of it necessarily to western tastes - all part of the experience though!
