Didnt get room reserved. Tv did not work. Asked for king a week prior reserved it and gave me n my husband 2 full size beds and wouldnt or couldnt fix tv wifi didnt work either. Staff didnt care and didnt wanna help either or swap room.

Check in was fine staff seemed nice. The room #422 we stayed in was nasty to put it nicely. The wall and ceiling had Sanitary wipe packaging stuck to them. My wife and I were discusted by this sight. How do you clean a room for guests and leave something like that on the wall for them?. We went out for a walk and happened to see room #211 the curtians were drawn.Wow what difference in the 2 rooms. Room 211 looked nice our room 422 was nasty. Mold coming through the bathrom wall. The bathroom door was in seriuos need of cleaning and or some paint to cover all the stains.It had an ajoining room with a broken lock between the rooms. The smoke alarm had been removed. No noise the 1st night but the second night after we were tired from 14 hour day at the event we were in town for was horrible. The room next to us 423 blasted the tv and music till 4am. Not much sleep for us. To top it off the donuts we save for the morning were covered with ants.You neeed an exterminator. I am sorry to say that this was proably the worst all around room we have ever stayed in. Wayne H.

Towel and sheets were stained. Floor was dirty, turned out white socks brown. The room looked like it was still under renovation. Smoke detector was hanging from the wall, two electrical plates were missing from the wall. There was not a clothes rod in the closet, so we could not hang up our clothes. The lock didn't work properly on the door; we were locked out of of room and had to get an employee to unlock our door each time we came back to our room. Interior side of the door and wall appeared dirty. On positive note the shower is updated and nice.

The staff was amazing verily friendly specially at check in….the cleanliness could be better to be honest and having a trash can in the room would be convenient

The stay was ok. The property and rooms are old and worn. It is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The room was nice and served its purpose as a place to stay at night while at Disney during the day. The room had stained walls, doors and floors, but the sheets and room were clean. AC worked good. Staff was very friendly. The only major complaint would be that there was no breakfast as stated on the internet. The eating room was being remodeled, but we were not told this at check-in. We came down in the morning to eat but had to go out to another restaurant. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

It was my first time and last time staying there, the room I stay it had cockroach, and the TV didn’t work, the bed sheets was dirty.

When we arrived there were no blankets on bed, no hand soap, no shower/bath towels. The room was almost out of toilet paper. I had to go ask for these things and wait for them to find us supplies. Our secondary lock on top of door was mostly ripped out of wall and not in working condition. There was no housekeeping. A sign we found later said by request only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which I found after I went to front desk to ask. We also had no washcloths so I had to go get them as well. We had no working TV for the first 2 days until they replaced the cable box.

First room they gave us was filthy and the smoke detector was going off, second room we were treated by a party of roaches on the furniture. Ended up canceling and found another hotel up the road. Staff was very friendly but couldn’t make up for the awful conditions.

The only complaint I would have is that there wasn't a coffee maker, no towel racks, and no bar in the closet to hang clothes. All the staff were kind and very helpful.
