Seems 2 properties managed out of same reception and in both have no ability to do reservations. Merely to check you in and out. Even within that situation, staff very helpful and extremely friendly.

Good location for most of our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious and the furniture and beds were typical of most places. The internet was poor and there were firewalls in place to prevent gaming and streaming.

Room was big and with full kitchen. All was very cleaned, a bit old but not bad. Walkable area and no so far in car to Disney attractions and malls.

Stayed with the family here for a 3 day weekend. Room was great with plenty of room and very clean and comfortable! Close to Old Town and Fun Spot which we love. Will definitely be staying here again!

Easy checkin and out.gated property.room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.screened balcony was awesome watched the deer every evening.across the street from Old Town can walk over for dinner and or snacks.

Room needs repairs. No shelves in cupboard. Water damaged cupboards. Bath was dirty and smelt of drains. Stayed there many times before and getting worse each time.

The building itself and room was like new and very clean. The room had a good view and was well appointed with everything needed for our stay. The downside was the furnishings; the chairs in living room we very outdated, dirty, and uncomfortable and should be recliners. The beds/mattresses in both rooms were also old and uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed was way to firm and the second bed had very little support. The master bath shower needs to have a wand not a showerhead as its impossible to turn on without getting sprayed by cold water and add more shelving in shower as well. However, the sofa bed was excellent. That said, we will be back next year!

This property was horrible. I would not recommend to my worst enemy! First I called to make sure our room would be ready and they gratudeed it was available and ready and it was not so we had to wait an additional two days until our room was ready. Very dirty and appliances didn't work, bed was extremely uncomfortable, squeaky and unsteady. TVs barely worked and hanging off the walls, ice maker dirty and slimy. Bathtub was falling apart (whole side of tub falling off out of nowhere), no toilet paper and refused to bring us any until the next day, no soap, multiple light bulbs out, no one at the front desk for help and housekeeping was a joke. Also multiple issue with the cards to get in to the room, constantly not working or being shut off. We were told we would be refunded for two days due to the inconvenience of not having our room available and have yet to receive anything, also called the hotel multiple times no one answered and no supervisor present ever, and spoke to ******* but no one is unable to help. We also checked out a day early due to all the issues and still have not been refunded for that either. I'm highly disappointed in this hotel and *******. This was our first family vacation and this place absolutely ruined it. Beware of this place and stay far away!

The two bedroom needs two beds in the 2nd bedroom. Other than that, the place is fine.
