The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Great stay. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Its ok for family

All furniture old, outdated, scratched up. Dusty. Stains on laps. Chipped paint. Looked nothing like the advertised pics Tub clogged. Battery died on door so we couldn’t get in stuck outside in cold with kids until security came to change the battery. Old cloths left under the couch from previous people that stayed. (And they said no to changing rooms ) spent Christmas with the kids here. Tried to make the best of it.

Spacious room and easily accessible. The front door and bathroom doors very old and need lot of strength to close it. Had dryer in the unit which is very helpful. Overall it’s good experience.

I requested a suite within the property, but was given a room across the street and upon arriving at the room it smelled of cigarette. I asked if staff could accommodate me to go back across the street i was told no. I drove 12 hours , and i felt like they truthfully didnt care, due the fact of having a child with me.

The Bed closest to bathroom sinks in and wasn’t comfortable. When attempting to turn the heat on, it smelled like a burning smell and caused the fire alarm to go off so we had to turn it off. The burning smell and alarm started immediately after turning on the unit. The bathroom door was broken and would not close. Lastly, you could hear all the noise from the other unit next door and smell whatever they cooked. It was not a pleasant stay.

Everything was good, the service, cleaning, facilities and amenities; the only request that we have to make is the pillows are very an confortables and the mattress or bed makes to much noises.

I did not get the room that I paid for Tub was inconvenient for me I didn't get to sleep until 3:00 in the morning because of the noisy around the place no I don't want to go back there any more. I got something I didn't like and didn't paid for so know thank you,
