「サービスは最高でした。迎えに来てくれたドライバー（阿龙さん）に「ヤクが可愛い」と言ったら、ホテルに向かう途中、ヤクがたくさんいる野原に車を止めてくれて、写真を撮らせてくれました。彼に勧められた****料理のディナーは、この滞在のハイライトで、とても楽しかったです。唯一の欠点は、ほとんどの割引券がなかったことです。例えば、英語では99%割引クーポンと書いてあるのに、中国語では1%割引という意味になっていました。まさに翻訳ミスの典型です。」

「I must compliment how attentive and friendly the staff here. I really love how I was greeting when arrived. Room was spacious and good. Transport pick up both way to train station. Good breakfast, foot bath and fruits at night. They even provide standing fan too when we claim it’s stuffy in the room. It was actually my best stay among all my stays in Yunnan. Highly recommended! Location is good just 7-9min away from the old town. It was indeed a perfect stay.」

「素晴らしい体験でした。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スタッフはとても親切に対応してくれました。いくつか小さな問題もありました。1. 購入した花が誤ってゴミと一緒に捨てられていました。この件を報告すると、スタッフはとても辛抱強く対応し、新しい花を買って自宅に送ってくれたり、無料の朝食を提供してくれたりと、様々な解決策を提案してくれました。このような素晴らしい滞在を提供していただいた、ホテルスタッフのLhamoさん、Allenさん、Markさんに心から感謝しています。2. スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、室温の調整、テイクアウトの注文受付、シャトルサービスの迅速な手配など、とても助かりました。最後に、チェックアウト時にパソコンの充電器を部屋に忘れてしまったのですが、スタッフはすぐに対応し、オフィスに郵送してくれました。料金を請求しましたが、スタッフは受け取りを拒否しました。スタッフの忍耐力には本当に感謝しています。最後に、積極的に連絡を取り、様々な解決策を提案してくれたEmmaさんとDaisyさんに感謝します。素晴らしいシャングリ・ラ体験をさせてくれたホテルの皆様に感謝いたします。」

「B＆Bは良いです。古城に近く、古城の東門にあります。交通は便利です。夜寝るときに交通騒音はありません。それはより良いですが、寝るのが好きなら忘れてください。朝は騒がしいです。朝はたくさんの人がさえずっています。」

「古都に位置し、近くにレストランや小さなスーパーマーケットがあり、旅行に便利です。 ホテルのオーナーは客室のアップグレードに意欲的で、スタッフも非常に歓迎的でリクエストに応えてくれます。 部屋の基本的な設備は充実しており、ベッドルームが2室と小ホールがあり、広さも十分にあります。 次回シャングリラに行くときはまた宿泊したいと思います😊 小さなベッドの唯一の点は、ベッドの位置が悪く、換気が少し不十分だったことです。」

「New Homestay with Stylish Rooms but Inconsistent Management The Positives: The homestay is new, and the room is spacious and very stylish with thoughtful touches like emergency oxygen and a humidifier. The floor heating is very convenient, especially in winter. The shower is spacious with nice pressure, and there's a handy laundry room on site. The location is quite good and central - you can walk to parts of the old town, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby if needed, but not so close that it's not quiet. The owner picked us up from the airport in a nice car and was helpful and pleasant during that initial interaction. The rooftop offers a nice view. Breakfast is quite minimal but has the basics for nutrition and is okay quality, looking fresh. More fruits would be essential to round it out properly. Management and Staffing Issues: After the airport pickup, we didn't really see the owner again - he seems busy with other matters. No one is ever manning the reception, and the building itself looks abandoned with no real vibe. Only the housekeeping person looks like an actual employee. There's a man (possibly the owner's father) who lies on the couch in the lobby area and walks around the public areas constantly - not exactly a friendly-looking presence. In front of me and other customers, he slapped the kitchen woman's buttocks, which adds to the vibe that this feels too personal and not customer-oriented, with too much mixing between personal and professional life. The kitchen woman is generally enthusiastic and smiling, but on the last day she left the breakfast room completely unattended. At that point, breakfast hadn't been refilled and the self-service coffee machine was turned off - it looked like she couldn't be bothered. Areas Needing Attention: Housekeeping isn't done routinely - you have to request it. When we did ask on the first day, the bed wasn't made properly along with other things not being done well. The lounge is cold with a heating system or fireplace that isn't turned on, which isn't very considerate in winter or particularly homey. The room could be more functional with better storage. The shower temperature fluctuates quite a lot, and on the first day it was blocked and not draining properly (though we managed to fix it ourselves). The laundry room could be cleaner, and the dryer is rather old. The rooftop looks like a construction site for most of it and could use more attention. In the reception area, all information about tours and activities is in Chinese only, which can be challenging for international guests. Bottom Line: Stylish accommodation with a good location and potential, but needs proper management presence, professional boundaries, and more consistent service standards.」
