「全体的に、楽しい滞在でした。施設は清潔で、便利な立地です。車があれば町まで車で約30分です。小さなお子様連れにも適した静かなビーチがあり、大変ありがたかったです。朝食は種類はそれほど多くありませんが、お腹を満たすには十分でした。誕生日のデコレーションも心遣いが感じられ、素敵なパーソナルな心遣いに驚きました。 とはいえ、改善の余地はいくつかあります。スタッフのトレーニングと一貫性、特にゲストへの挨拶やサービス対応の面で改善の余地があります。例えば、午後10時頃に氷を頼んだのですが、届いたのは深夜0時近く、既に寝ている時間でした。さらに、朝食時の*料理コーナーのキッチンスタッフの対応が失礼で、食事の印象にも影響が出ました。 全体的に見て、一度だけ泊まるには良い場所です。快適で心地よい滞在でしたが、「また来たい」という気持ちにはならず、もっと思い出に残る体験を提供してくれる場所は他にもあるように感じました。」

「施設設備はとても綺麗でした。 サービス面も、早朝到着だったため荷物の一時預かり、レイトチェックアウトと非常に親切に対応して頂き、素晴らしかったです。 ジョージタウン中心街から少し離れていますが、ホテルの目の前にバス停がある上、GRUBでタクシーを呼ぶこともできるので特に問題ありませんでした。」

「ネットのクチコミ通り、チェックアウトの際に、わけのわからない追加料金を請求されました。私たちが中国人であることや、英語があまり得意ではないことを理由に、このような対応をされたのかもしれません。予約内容にはすでに含まれていたはずなのに、以前宿泊したチューランホテル（朱蘭ホテル）では、このような請求はありませんでした。ただ、ホテルの景色は本当に素晴らしかったです。最後のこの一件で、全ての良い印象が台無しになってしまいました。」

「すべてが良かった👍素晴らしい景色👍 チェックアウト当日に駐車場部門が駐車料金を直接免除してくれることを望みます。そうしないと、外出するたびに、エレベーターが 1 階に行くのを待たなければならず、さらにエレベーターが 3 階に行くのを待たなければなりません。」

「This is a self check-in boutique hotel, located near the seaside of Tanjung Bungah. It is a 3 storey bungalow house, with exceptionally large rooms. The location is good, not far from downtown area, and also popular beach area such as Batu Feringghi and Teluk Bahang. Overall it is good value for money, if you are just looking for a no frills and clean hotel for the night.」

「This 3 bedroom (all comes with attached bathroom) condo is super clean and huge. It is corner unit and all bedrooms have a seaview. Master and 2nd room shared a balcony. When open the glass door, it provides a bliss windy that calms you immediately. You havw small mini market just at the ground level of the condo. Restaurant for breakfast is just next to the condo. A walk away. This condo located not far from Gorgetown and also from Batu Ferringi beach town. It takes approx 15-20 mins away from the condo.. This condo ia a beachfront. You can access the beach via rear gate, just a minute away by walking from the lobby. You will get a free covered car-park. The only sad part was during check in where upon check in our name was not in the system. We have to wait till problem solved between Trip.com, Owner and the chexk in office.」
