なんて素晴らしい小さなホテルでしょう！今までの休暇の中で一番のお気に入りです！スタッフは皆とても親切で、部屋も私たちの意見ではゴージャスでした！朝食は毎朝素晴らしく、特にオムレツはおすすめです。とても美味しくて、ちょうど良い大きさでした。プールは気持ちよく、スキーで一日過ごした後にぴったりでした。駅から歩いて行ける立地も良かったです。皆さんにも私たちのように素敵な滞在をしていただければと思います！

私たちは過去数年間にエリカに10回滞在しましたが、これは2019年より前のことで、その後ホテルは売却されました。私たちはこのホテルのフレンドリーさ、笑顔、オーナーの家族、とにかくすべてが大好きでした。食事は最高でした。部屋は少し古びていましたが、それが魅力の一部でした。そこで、2024年に私たちはニューリーが買収して改装したホテルに大きな期待を抱いて到着しました。到着すると、受付は誰もいませんでした。しばらくすると男性が現れ、私たちは2部屋予約していることを説明しました。彼は1部屋しかないと主張しました。いくつかの確認と他の人との会話の後、彼は最終的に私たちの追加の部屋を見つけてくれました。次に、ゲストごとにゲストカードとパスポートの詳細をドイツ語で記入する必要がありました。長いドライブの末に到着した私たちに対する共感はほとんどありませんでした。最終的に彼はあきらめ、苛立ち、私たちに鍵を投げつけ、漠然と部屋の方向を指さしました。設備の説明はなく、荷物の手伝いもありませんでした。何と絶望的な歓迎でしょう。私たちの部屋はジュニア スイートでしたが、ベッドは…マットレス トッパーはゴム シートで覆われ、シーツ トッパーと羽毛布団はヘシアン タイプの素材で作られていて、とても寝心地が悪かったです。バスルームには大きなシンクがありましたが、洗面用具を置く場所がなく、棚もありませんでした。紅茶メーカーはなく、コーヒー ポッド マシンがあるだけです。私たちは毎晩夕食を予約していましたが、食事がひどかったので 1 泊目だけ行きました。料理はまずく、メニューはつまらなく、以前の店とは比べものになりません。オーストリアでは輝いているはずの朝食ですらひどかったです。選択肢は少なく、つまらなく、レストランのスタッフは私たちに席を探すように言い、何も説明しませんでした。売却時に 20 人の従業員が残ったと読みました。今は長年苦労してきたバーテンダーだけが残っているのがわかりました。残りはこのひどい言い訳のようなホテルを去りました。このホテルは心が引き裂かれてしまいました。スタッフの側には愛情も温かさもなく、関わろうとする努力もありません。この場所の絶望を感じることができます。私たちは二度とここには泊まりませんし、この場所からは遠ざかることをお勧めします。

We really enjoyed a two week holiday here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. All the facilities were good. Our room was very comfortable. We both thought the food was exceptional. Breakfast was a selection of plenty of options. The evening dining was a great range of beautifully crafted food. All was well served. Thanks for a great time.

Spent the week here through Crystal Ski, to see the Hahnenkamm race and ski the famous slopes of Kitzbuehel. Our stay at Erika Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional - from the moment we stepped in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with the most beautiful glass bar area, where you can enjoy a fantastic selection of drinks prepared by very knowledgeable staff especially our new friend Marco. The rooms were impeccably clean, extremely warm, beautifully designed, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the evening meal was just delicious every night. We would highly recommend Hotel Erika to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Part way through the week unfortunately I had a ski accident and ended up at the local hospital, and on my return to the hotel the attentiveness and care given from every member of staff was faultless especially the manager, who made sure I was ok at all times. We will definitely be returning here, with our family.

My family and I stayed at the Erika many times when the Schor family were the owners. At that time it was the epitome of Austrian service and comfort. My wife and I were looking forward to our return visit. Unfortunately past glory was just that, in the past. New owners have taken over and have made it dark and uninviting. There is no ambiance of what once was a grand Tyrolian hotel. Our "suite" was dark and had pillars in our low ceiling room. I constantly struck the pillar when I got out of bed. On a positive note the restaurant and staff were excellent. Better options are available at this price point.( i.e. Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhoff)

Excellent boutique hotel, newly renovated, great and very cozy design. Spa, indoor pool and outdoor Schwimmteich. Very service minded and helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Probably one of the nicest hotels in Kitzbühel, and definitely the best smaller hotel.

superb experience! Pros: - good location, close to the center (10-min walk) and the Kitzbuhler Horn (beautiful 15-20 min winding drive) - happy, friendly, efficient, and prompt english-speaking staff - spacious, well-appointed rooms - comfortable beds - a plunge-worthy landscape pond (you can't swim in for long - but it's fun to jump in for a bit!) - delicious breakfast with a good spread (I would recommend spreading it out over a larger area though. I kept dreading I would knock over something while trying to reach the bottles, jars, and glasses placed too close to each other!) Cons: - No real view. too many buildings and the road blocking any vista you might get of the mountains. some rooms get a lot of noise from the road as well. (we were in Suite 104 earlier and asked to be moved to another room because of this. The hotel pleasantly obliged and moved us to 218, where the noise was far less and didn't disturb much) - Not sure if this is the case with all hotels in the area, but the room got super hot with the August summer climate with no way to cool it down. and you can't keep the windows open because of the wasps flying all over. The heat was unbearable! I know this is a winter-destination, but since they're operating it in full capacity during summer, might as well find a solution to make the rooms comfy in the heat, too. Overall, pleasant stay. Special call out to the staff in every department - restaurant, housekeeping, front desk, and the pool area.

A hotel which show you the respect you deserve. Quiet and carefully looking after you! A pleasure indeed! Excellent location, close to old town, near to mountain. A beautiful pond and a garden to treasure în your memories. The food is excellent.

Lovely hotel. Kindness of the staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Rooms very clean and comfortable. During my staying, the weather was very hot, unfortunately, there wasn’t any air conditioning. I’ll certainly choose this boutique hotel again

Lovely hotel - great location near the town centre, stylish decor, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, nice spa area. Only negative was lack of air-conditioning - the bedroom was very hot at night which was not conducive for sleep.

Outstanding stay! Exceeded all expectations! The most beautiful hotel ever, customer service and facilities exceptional. A must stay for those who want the full luxury package! Very convenient to the local town..no car needed. I, undoubtedly will return to this gem of a place! Thank you to the brilliant staff for your kind and professional hospitality!

Excellent service. Clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food choices and carefully managed restaurant. We enjoyed the spa and its services. Overall a great stay. We will definitely suggest ERIKA hotel and we hope we will come back soon!

I stayed here with friends for a skiing holiday, everything was amazing, the staff are so attentive, thoughtful and professional. We stayed half board, and all I can say is the food is excellent, every night was consistently good, Mitchellen star quality, I can only recommend 100%. Hotel taxi to slopes, great boot room, heading back in summer walking with the dogs.

Very nice hotel with kind, friendly and professional personnel. We had halfboard and definitely recommend it. Every day a different menu with exceptional starter buffet. The main course comes in 3 options to choose from. As everything is so delicious, difficult to decide. Our 9 year old daughter enjoyed the kids meals, which were very delicious too. Breakfast was very high quality as well. Small spa area but is enough if it not your main purpose. The rooms are clean and cozy. Walking in 10 minutes to town, also convenient. I definitely recommend and would like to come back again.
