Such a cute spot!

The check in experience was particularly poor. We arrived at 5pm and were told our room was not available as it had not been cleaned. We were told to wait in the lobby. We ultimately got our room at 6:30pm. The person at reception was dismissive, unaccommodating and very unhelpful. It was a terrible experience. Additionally, our room was not serviced (we stayed two nights) at all during our stay. All around it was a poor experience.

The Graduate was exactly what we need after a crazy few days in and out the rain. Warm welcome, cosy room with wonderful beds, friendly and helpful staff, comfy sofas in the lounge to curl up on. Loads of places to eat very close. Great value for money. Much better than a generic chain.

It was a charming property and well decorated but not super clean. I would not consider it a 4 star location. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The date we traveled provided us a good deal but I still felt it was a little over priced.

Unique and educationally themed decor!! Convenient to eateries. Within walking distance of Ft. Sanders Med Ctr, Clean. Friendly staff. Pricey parking. Needs affordable or free Breakfast and parking options. I liked the free coffee and bar drink coupons.

Lovely place with amazing staff. Bed was so comfortable. Had a bed and breakfast appeal. Will definitely stay at a graduate property again.

Graduate properties are always quaint and convenient to campuses. This property had valet or paid parking only, which I did not like. Also, there should be an opportunity for a room discount if visiting the campus - that was not an option upon checkout. Front desk should be asking about that and able to provide a discount for UT travelers. Rooms were cute - liked the unique decor and the room keys are super fun!

We had a show in Knoxville TN and didn’t spend much time. Looking at hotel options. Just knew we wanted a nice clean good review space. Never heard of this location, but it was very convenient to where we were performing. It actually was really really nice especially for the price point. if we ever go back to that area we know where we’re going to stay. It was super clean and pretty easy to access. Highly recommend.

The experience was just ok. The theme was fun. The bed was comfortable and the location was good for visiting the University. I felt like I was staying at someone’s house that I didn’t want to bother. The staff at check-in said here’s your key. No further information. Later when I called to ask about food on the property she said it was too late but offered no other suggestions. Then when I asked for more water in the room, she told me they already provided some “complimentary” in the room. Did you forget about the resort fee that I paid that specifically talks about the “complimentary” water. Also $35 for valet parking? As far as cleanliness-it was fine. No major concerns but it didn’t seem like anyone would care if I had one. I won’t be returning here or recommending it.
