ホリデイ イン ノックスビル ノース - マーチャント ドライブ IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn Knoxville N - Merchant Drive)

So, in the past I really disliked the Holiday Inn's, they we're outdated and never clean. I decided to try this location after many years avoiding them like the plague. What a pleasant surprise! It was very clean, had a really accommodating staff and lost the out dated look of what I've seen in the past. The room was simple but really clean, the bed was really comfortable. Only complaint is the parking is terrible when they are booked heavy. Great stay and great staff! I will def be booking with this location again next time we're in Knoxville!

Apparently the property was overbooked. So even though I had a reservation for 2 queen beds, I got a room with a king and a pull out couch. This was a incovenience because 2 people had to sleep on a pull out couch. I felt like the staff were not super helpful about this and it was stressful.

Everything was great except for maid service. We stayed here for four nights for the fishing expo and our room was cleaned twice. Other than that we would recommend a great place

I didnt like that people were loitering outside in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe going out to my car at night. Also we were on the 5th floor and the ice machine didn't work. So we went to the 4th floor and it didn't work so we went down to the front desk and she informed us we had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice because that was the only one that worked. We asked to us a bottle opener and the front desk said they didn't have one but there was a bar in the lobby. We also were a little upset that there was no free breakfast. For the price we paid in a bad neighborhood there should have at least been free breakfast.

Very comfortable beds, convenient location close to restaurants located right across from a large fitness bldg.

We had a good stay it was snowing and they had food and a good parking. Beds were good too.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the heat didn’t work properly. The restaurant and bar were not open one night and was not open long the other 2 nights. No bell to let someone know we needed service at the front desk.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was exceptionally nice! From front desk to restaurant to housekeeping!
