Got checked in staff was polite, they gave me my room key and when I went in the room was dirty. Got upgraded to a suite and come to find out that room was also dirty.

I checked in a Sunday afternoon and the person at the front desk was wonderful! She let me know about the free breakfast, details of the pool area, and possible ways to get to my room by stairs or elevator (she noticed my limp, but did not point it out). I loved the pool and hot tub area! There are towels there too use. They also have lifts for folks who can't/don't walk well to be able to get in the pool and hot tub. The vending areas more than met my expectations. The bed was so comfortable! The rooms have a larger screened TV than most in the area. As a solitary female traveler, I felt very safe in this hotel. I will return!

Easy access off of highway. Grounds are maintained very nicely. The hot tub and sauna are not in working order.Had a sign up all week. Breakfast is good. The maintenance crew starts work alot earlier than we would of liked to be up but I guess they have lots to too. Lawn aeriator was going by our window at 7:15 in the morning.

It was a nice place to stay in Pella. The staff eas friendly and courteous. Pella was a nice town and loved the Dutch atmosphere.

We stayed here to watch NFL football in out room. The hotel did nor have the channel. Had lady from front desk come to room and she verified that cowboys game could not be watched at the hotel. Very disappointed.

We were in Pella, IA for Freshman drop off. Hotel was open 24hrs, staff was accommodating & professional.

Nice property. The room was clean but my room had a horrible smell of smoke. The breakfast was average, I would recommend the Casey’s breakfast pizza next door.

Very nice place!! Clean, comfortable, convenient for our trip. Night desk staff very friendly!! Day desk staff - could have given it more of an effort.
