This is an awesome hotel and very close to freeways! Have a good time!

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The hallway unfortunately had several large urine stains from guest pets. The hallway condition was poor and definitely needed cleaning. The room itself was in good condition.

Everything was fine until we tried to plug in our needed machines. Each side of the bed had a table lamp with two outlets. It sounded good until we tried to use them. None of them worked. We had to move to another room where there was just one side table, and one of the out,ets didn't work. Fortunately the clock had outlets that did work. I used the desk chair as a table beside me, after rearranging some of the furniture. Hopefully breakfastis good.

For a one night crash while on a very long road trip, this was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Standard (hot) breakfast. The only thing that was different, kind of awkward, was they had a hotel maid getting your food for you instead of you getting your food yourself at breakfast. It was like placing an order at a fastfood joint. It was fine except when like practically everyone in the entire hotel all showed up at the same time to get breakfast and it created a line. But, fortunately I got there right as the line was beginning to form. So I didn't have to wait in line. So, like I said, very different than any other hotel I've been in but the food was good and the service was fast (just not fast enough for practically everyone showing up at the same time).

We were driving in from New Mexico to Knoxville staying in the baymont. Our stay was for 4 days and at check in we were asked if we wanted to have cleaning crew, come in the following day and I opted no, but I told them definitely Sunday and Monday and on Sunday no one showed up. So I had to call 3 separate times to complain. And they finally showed up, and the cleaning crew seemed to Be irritated by my request. Our entire 4 days stay, they did not change our sheets once. The only good thing was the concierge in the morning gave us a discount on the overall bill for our dissatisfaction.

The hotel showed some wear and tear but it was clean and the service was great. We had several restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel had a broken dresser where sharp shards of wood were sticking out easily cutting someone. The shower leaked and was dripping when we walked into the room. Overall not a place we would recommend

This is our home away from home when travelling. It is always clean and safe. It has been our experience that good people work here and stay here. Very professional and a quiet night's rest.

Very nice pet friendly option. Rooms and hotel were clean. Have stayed before and now have again.
