The hotel is very nice and clean. Feels modern and updated. The check-in/check-out was fast and pleasant. They charged my Tesla overnight which was convenient. Will stay again.

This hotel is right across the street from the convention center which is where we spent the majority of our time. It is a short walk from Univ of Tennessee campus and market square. So many shops, restaurants, historic buildings. Also check out the World's Fair park right behind the hotel. This area is a great place to wander and walk. The staff are responsive. The only thing that tainted the visit was the in room keurig coffee maker. I use one everyday and I could not get the one in the room to work. I had to have maintenance come twice to show me how to use it. When I spoke to the front desk, the worker mentioned that had "so many calls today" about the coffee makers because guests could not get them to work. So I had to spend $5 on a cup of plain black coffee from the hotel coffee shop which irked me. We will be back and we will stay here again- I will just make sure to pack my mini coffee maker so that I can have in room coffee in my nightgown the way God intended.

Staff here is absolutely excellent!! From the valet, front desk, restaurant, and room, one of the best experiences. I only wished that their breakfast services started at 6:30am instead of 7.

What a wonderful local gem. The staff was superb, the room a mini vacation, and the stay a true experience!

Josh and Lissa at the hotel's fabulous lounge on the 2nd floor are amazing! They took such good care of us and made us feel like family, even though we were only there 1 night. This level of guest service is what sets luxury hotels apart from the rest. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Absolutely love this hotel and its exceptional staff! Thank you for a perfect 5-star stay!

Spent 2 nights at the Tennessean. This is our 2nd time staying in the hotel. We love the area and the space offered. The bar and restaurants are great with a large fireplace and billiard room. I wish I brought my own pillows however, they just aren't "home pillows".

I nicked one star for not having a microwave in each room. Staff did provide one when requested.

The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our stay! It’s very convenient to everything downtown and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Everything was really nice and the staff beyond helpful! When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!
