The third floor is used as an additional lounging area / bedroom with a full size daybed that can sleep another 1-2 people. The terrace is also accessed by the top floor and has seating to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee on.We provide Roku smart TVs with several streaming apps downloaded but guests will need their login info to stream from their own account. We do not provide a cable tv service. Free private parking is provided at the rear of the townhouses and it is NOT assigned parking, so you may park in any of the spaces. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of excessive cleaning required. This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc. 3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor. REPORTING ISSUES Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in to allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 PM will be addressed the following day. We may not be able to resolve, or provide a resolution, to issues that are not reported in a timely manner, lack sufficient documentation, or do not provide us with enough time to respond effectively during your stay. We are here to help! LOST & FOUND Please ensure you have all your belongings before departure. Items left may be held up to one week at our local office for pickup, or can be shipped back at a fee.
