ホテルでの滞在は最高でした！スタッフはとても親切で、朝食も素晴らしかったです。コミュニケーションもフレンドリーで、またぜひ泊まりたいと思いました。

中心部にある良いチェーンホテルです。プールがあり、朝食も美味しいです。部屋は静かで清潔で、マリーナの景色も楽しめました。

The location is very good, right by the keys. I only stayed one night, the tap water is slightly brown and there's no drinkable water in the room. Elevator was out of service and there was some electrical problem in the room. A sudden flash with a high pitch sound that kept waking me up, it happened a dozen times that I noticed and became more frequent around 5am. The room was also very hot and the AC didnt really help. Parking at the hotel is an additional fee. Breakfast is good. The staff are nice and friendly.

Beauriful hotel wirh great amenities in fantastic location right in the waterfront. We loved it and when back in Knysna will definitely go back.

The room was spacious with a king bed and working desk with room heater. There was not really a view but it didn't really matter

Amazing stay in Protea Knysna. Very good location on the waterfront. Easy access to food and the waterfront shops! Very safe and hotel is clean and good! Would recommend

在奈斯納waterfall裏，可以逛碼頭看風景，也可以逛小店買東西，還可以逛吃逛喝。酒店裡有游泳池，喜歡曬太陽的話，可以在泳池邊坐坐，很舒服。酒店對着湖的景色很漂亮。住酒店的白人居多，很安全。

酒店在我們需要的位置，中規中矩，前台服務熱情，早餐也很棒，唯一是電梯不能用，拿行李需要爬樓梯

地理位置優越，衞生環境不好，餐廳地清理的不乾淨，早餐一般！房間很小，床墊很舒服！

住的像招待所，還丟了個表，至今沒有迴音
