Good rooms, however, behind the main road the bungalows are much nicer with their own garden. Breakfast is good, nice selection. Pipe systems in bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade with water not coming out efficiently enough.

Great overall experience! We Stayed At the garden Across the Street from the beach in our own house . Will stay again. Reccomend Harrys sunset bar next to the resort for food and drinks

For the price this was excellent value for money. After reading the reviews and me being quite fussy I almost cancelled this hotel but we gave it a go anyway. Rooms - basic and very typical Thai we had what we needed. There’s a choice of garden bungalow which are located across the quiet road or beach bungalows which is what it says on the beach. Each room has a porch where you can chill and there’s also a tap to hose down your feet. Safe and fridge also. Restaurant - whilst the breakfast included was again basic you could grab some thing to drink with toast and eggs. All other food we paid for was lovely and great value for money. The bar is run separately’Bang Bar’ and is again reasonable with great bar staff. The beach and sea completed the location song with being central to what we wanted with beaches and the old town all within distance. A few comments relating to the hotel staff, yes they could have been friendlier however, we didn’t experience any problems. Would I stay again? Yes although for us we like to try new locations. The hotel is all about what expectations you have compared to how much you pay. I certainly felt we got what we paid for and the accommodation is very affordable ‘cheap and cheerful’

Amazing position on the beach. The hotel has rooms beach side and across the road set in gardens. Our room was awful I’m afraid. It was clean but in desperate need of an update. There was air con that worked ok but there were so many holes in the door and the door frame that mosquitoes were a problem. (Luckily we had bought our own net) The bathroom was large and the shower was adequate but again there were holes around the windows and the extractor fan was broken so again, mosquito problem.There is a restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and meals but we didn’t eat there. There are numerous restaurants on the doorstep and the 7/11 and atm’s are a short stroll away. We made the most of our stay because of the position of the hotel and our room being only a few steps from the sea and the cheap price we had paid. Some of the rooms have been upgraded with patio doors and a lick of paint so before you check in perhaps ask to see your room first.

Great location, good service, food was excellent. No real shower, just a bidet hose.

Very nice trip with my family , the best place for sunset and beach We book room superior garden , room is very clean and cheaper not so for to walk to the beach and swimming pool , we book room price is 800 THB/Nights including breakfast It's a very worthwhile price.

A decent price in a good location with pool, massage and restaurant with sea view! The beach is really good for running or kids. Flat and long, without shells and the powdery sand is amazing! The rooms were clean and breakfast decent. Only the hosts have little english and are not particularly welcoming but we still stayed longer than planned because we felt good enough! Fireshows and lively bars just a few hundreds meter on the beach

Il y a deux parties, côte plage, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de visiter et côté jardin où nous avons dormi, la chambre était vétuste limite insalubre. Tout est a refaire

Nous sommes un peu déçus du service de cet hôtel... dès que nous avions besoin de scooter, conseils pour un restaurant ou un endroit où allez, ils n'étaient pas très agréables, et pas souriants. Nous essayons parfois de trouver des arrangements mais ils n'ont jamais voulu nous aider. Cependant, l'hôtel est magnifique, vu sur la plage, un très bon restaurant et de grandes chambres. We are a little disappointed with the service at this hotel...whenever we needed a scooter, advice for a restaurant or a place to go, they were not very pleasant, and not smiling. We sometimes try to find arrangements but they never wanted to help us. However, the hotel is beautiful, seen on the beach, a very good restaurant and large rooms.
