We were picked up from the port in Koh Mak and taken to the lazy day resort where we were given a welcome drink on arrival. Our beach bungalow room was clean with flowers on the bed which was a nice touch and there was a well stocked fridge. We had a romantic candle lit dinner by the sea shore. We hired a scooter which was brought to us and was just about brand new! We were given a familiarisation of the scooter controls. The location of the hotel was a good base from which to explore this beautiful island and we were able to extend our check out time. When we left we were taken to our required drop off point with a stop at an ATM. All in all we had a great time. Graham Field need2view.co.uk

Amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definetelly come back. Room and hotel premises were really clean, staff was friendly and good breakfast. We rented the golfcart and drove around the island. We Lazy Day is the nicest hotel at Koh Mak!

A great few days stay. Comfortable clean well equipped beach front accommadtion. Pleasant helpful staff. Good thai food in restaurant. Transfers easily arranged from the boat. Only negatives, restaurant and bar shut by 8.00pm. Lack of chairs actually on the beach.

Lovely helpfull staff, beautiful clean seaview bungalow, calm place to relax. Nice sandy beach and great variaty of options for good breacfast and walks around island. I defenetly recomand this island and this accomodation. We rent bike and bike around all island during 2 days. Take cash, only one ATM machine on island and sometimes is out of order.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful – they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because our speedboat left early. The location is stunning: a beautiful beach, though a bit rocky in some areas, where you can snorkel right from the shore and spot colorful fish. We especially loved the free kayaks, which allowed us to explore the breathtaking surroundings. The hotel is also great for families with young children – we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and can be serviced upon request. If you love nature, you’ll feel at home here, as a few little visitors like ants, lizards, and geckos are part of the experience. A little tip for sand fleas: coconut oil works wonders! The pick-up and drop-off service from the pier was a great convenience, making our trip even more enjoyable. A truly fantastic stay on a paradise island!
