ノボテル高知での滞在は最高でした。ホテルはモダンで清潔、快適で、スタッフはフレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルでした。部屋は手入れが行き届いており、全体的に心地よい雰囲気でした。高知観光にも便利な立地です。全体的に非常に楽しい滞在で、間違いなくおすすめできるホテルです。

ホテルの設備は素晴らしかったです。素晴らしいインフィニティプール、素晴らしいバー、そして素晴らしいレストラン。 スタッフ全員が親切で、細部まで気を配り、私たちの滞在を特別なものにしてくれました。

Very nice Breakfast. 10/10 Service has to be improved. Check in and check out service need to be improved Duty Manager is a nice gentleman , he listened to me all ears. Towels hygiene could be better , cleanliness in the bathroom could be better. The switch on the water kettle is faulty. With those corrective measures , the hotel is good to stay. Securities at the gate are helpful.

This is very impressive hotel for price and quality. I had very good stay there. As an international traveler, I had limited choice breakfast, but as soon as I asked for scrambled eggs and French toast, it was ready within minutes. Room is big and spacious. Very quiet, you don’t hear any sounds outside. Hot water is good, but managing shower wasn’t the best, so it’s area for improvement. Very nice facilities like swimming pool and gym comparing other hotel in the area.

I recently stayed at Novotel Kochi Infopark and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The property has a modern, elegant feel while still being warm and welcoming, making it a very comfortable place to stay while exploring Kochi. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The overall cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the ambience throughout the hotel was relaxing.

Vivanta Ernakulam is a beautiful hotel set in natural surroundings right near the sea. The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The staff are highly professional and experienced. Compared to other hotels, everything here is much faster—whether it’s room service, check-in, or check-out. The laundry attendant, Raj, even reminded me about the collection timings when I had completely forgotten to ask. The food is delicious with an excellent variety of options. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect place to enjoy Kerala’s natural beauty ***** with lovely city views.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very good and convenient. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not as good as expected, especially in the common areas. The breakfast was also disappointing. The choices were limited, and even if we arrived just a few minutes before the breakfast closing time, most of the food had already been taken away and was not available. It would be better if the breakfast service continued until the stated closing time. Overall, the location and staff were good, but the cleanliness and breakfast service could definitely be improved.
