It was fantastic facility and kind staffs. The restaurant was amazing. I traveled over 80countries but i ve never seen this kind of nice hotel. Ofcourse its location is little bit far from Port kochi but the price is quiet nice and the hotel room has refrigerator and washing machine.

It was very lag for check in. I almost waited for 1:30 hr to get my key and phone, tv etc where not working at all

I was travel-ling with my family consisting of my 10months old baby. Room was nice and clean. But the check-in took around 30 minutes. And there is no jacuzzi in the room as mentioned in the mmt platform. Checkout was seamless.

Nice hotel for accommodate family and couples. Hotel staff behaviour, cleanness all are 100% perfect. Last 3 days we book 3 hotel from make my trip from there best and number 1 hotel is kent bay watch

There were 2 TVs, a washing machine, induction etc but none of them worked. We asked them for the TV remote for like 3 times they keep telling someone will come and give it to you.We stayed for 2 days and no one actually came and resolved it.we also asked for a landphone which will be usually there for calling the restaurant and reception. Still there was no response from them. Also the Bedroom AC was not working for the 2nd day and night.

A superb and well maintained property. As per the name of the property "baywatch" it offers an awesome view of lake, morning and sunset view, the view during thunderstorms would be a great experience. For food you have to be little bit compromise. But you can bring food from outside, they have have kept induction, microwave and various appliances which can fulfill your requirements.

An excellent apartment style stay overlooking the bay just off the highway as you enter cochin. The 2bhk apartment we took had one large room and one regular room and a spacious hall with kitchenette. The balcony provides a spectacular view of the bay. They have a boutique restaurant in the compound which serves good indian food. The complimentary breakfast is limited to a few ala carte items but you can pay and get additional items. Overall a very pleasant experience.
