Shocking Negligence and Arrogant Management
I am writing this review after witnessing how poorly a guest was treated at this hotel. During checkout, the hotel’s own vehicle reversed carelessly and hit a guest’s car, causing visible damage. The driver was extremely negligent and clearly did not check the rear mirror before reversing.
What was even more disturbing was the way the management handled the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the managers—including the general manager—were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They simply told the guest to claim insurance and refused to discuss proper compensation, as if such incidents are normal and acceptable.
The guest was spoken to disrespectfully, almost as if he was at fault, and the management seemed more concerned about incoming guests than resolving a serious issue caused by their own staff. This reflects a very careless, ruthless, and irresponsible management culture.
This grievance needs to be addressed immediately. If this attitude continues, many more guests will face similar issues and will be forced to share their experiences publicly through reviews like this. Such behavior seriously damages the hotel’s reputation and trust.
