Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well ***nered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

Best place to stay in Kodaikanal near lake. Buffet food s good. Customer services s excellent. Room cleaning n all other place inside the Carlton s well maintained. People those serves during mornin n night buffet are really kind and friendly. Customer relation Simran s really approachable.

Overall had a very good experience! Hotel has a great location with the best views. Staff is very hospitable. However, they could offer more choice of food. Appreciate assistance of Simran from Guest relations and Ravi Shankar in the restaurant for his hospitality.

Excellent hospitality. Staff ever ready to help. Good ambience. Rooms very neat and clean. House keeping service very good. Food very tasty and excellent service. Akruti rendered good service. Guest relations associate Ms.Simran is very helpful and friendly . Spa service is very good. Mr.Joseph and Ms.Rakhi did very good massaging and were very co-operative. All the other staff of Carlton were very hospitable and friendly and ever ready to help. Over all experience with Carlton is very good and we would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at The Carlton. Mr Robert, ***** with his team made a stupendous effort in making our daughter’s birthday a memorable one. We got a nice cake, music and warm wishes. Mr Anand was very courteous guiding and helping us plan our day tour around. He provided exceptional service making our stay special. Ms Simran was very friendly and courteous. The location is great with a view of the lake. The food is exceptionally great right from their soups to creative multiple dessert options. It is backed by excellent service by Antony and other team members. We had a great memorable stay. Thanks.

Nothing can be much perfect . Simply loved the hospitality,food weather and food. Every staff right from the receptionist to room service and restaurant were polite and helpful. Just to me few names Guest relation - Simran, karthick,shanmuhgam brother , venkatessh sir and the list goes on.. . Will definitely come back soon ..

We had a 3 days pleasant stay at Carlton. The rooms was spacious with good lake view. The food was good with wide spread of buffet. All the staff were friendly, especially should thank Mr. Anand for his cheerfulness and guidance, Ms. Simran was welcoming us with a broad smile and Mr. Jerom, house keeping staff was really helpful for all our needs.

The stay was really pleasant. With an outstanding services . The food served with a multiple varities of option to enjoy each meal . We had great fun in fire camp . And Simran was coordinating as very well . Thank you for your services given to our family.
