Unfortunately, we don't have a good review of staying at this hotel. I want to share an honest review about cooperation with the hotel. We booked a room for 3 nights and after 20-30 minutes we asked to cancel (because the plan was changed and we can’t come in that days), canceled not a day after booking, and not a day before entering the hotel, but the hotel did not respond to a single letter from me or from trip.com. Tourists can make a mistake and book by mistake - there must be an exception to the rules when booking - cancellation at certain hours is free of charge. (As in other hotels). It's not fair to the guests. We canceled the reservation for ~30 minutes and there were still 4 days before the entrance. The hotel did not respond to our letters several times, the hotel did not respond to trip.com, the reservation was not canceled, the money was not returned to us.
There should be exceptions and a human attitude in any rules, situations in life can be different. Perhaps for some tourists it could be the only money, someone just accidentally booked and wants to cancel quickly and so on.
