到着後、現地で子供用のエキストラベッドをリクエストしたところ、3泊で2,800バーツ（宿泊料金の50%以上）かかりました。その後、Boo Kingで予約を3泊延長したところ、予約プラットフォームからリクエストしたエキストラベッド料金は合計1,725バーツでした。ホテルのビーチは清潔で泳ぐのに最適です。プールサイドのデラックスルームは良いのですが、蚊が多く刺されやすいので、プールサイドの部屋を選ぶことをお勧めします。蚊取り線香は用意されておらず、高齢者は免疫力が弱く、刺されてアレルギーを発症することがあります。

島のスポットにある素晴らしいリゾート。探索する場所がたくさんあり、ビーチは完璧にきれいです。

広々とした場所駐車場がたくさんあります。子どもたちは本当にプールが大好きです。戻って再び滞在するチャンスがあります。

私たちはスタンダードルームを予約していましたが、チェックイン時に部屋全体が尿の臭いがすると苦情を言いました。 スタッフは、私たちが部屋を（オンラインで）予約したと言ってこれを正当化しました。オンラインで予約した場合、部屋の匂いが分からないと言った後でも、追加料金で予約できるという役に立たない答えしか得られませんでした。料金には別の部屋があるかもしれません。 しかし、さまざまなオンラインプラットフォームですぐに別の部屋を予約できたにもかかわらず、すべての部屋がおそらく満室だったため、それは不可能でした。 このホテルの唯一の良い点はビーチです。 他のゲストはスタッフが親切でフレンドリーだと書いていますが、残念ながらそれを確認することはできません。 上記の理由により、ゆっくり休日を過ごしたい方にはお勧めできません。

設備は比較的古く、ホテルの稼働率は高くありませんが、静かでサービスはかなり良いです。

すべてが素晴らしいですが、部屋は改装が必要です。

Absolutely incredible hotel/resort, beautifully kept and it's own private beach with good sand. Close to everything if you rent a bike or if you get the island taxis anywhere for 50baht. Food in the restaurant is good though a little expensive Staff are kind, friendly and incredibly helpful Room was incredible, air con was great and balcony with gorgeous view Highly recommend!!! Can't recommend enough, closest I've ever got to paradise

Good value for money, right on the beach and jacuzzi with a view to sun set. Only minus is the mosquitos and other insects sneaking into the room.

First of all, this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Judging by the room, we got it is a struggling 2 star hotel. The walls are thinner than a phone, and the security of the rooms is quite poor. The resort checks all the boxes, but everything is half baked. The restaurant is average, with 50% of its menu missing. We ordered just a bit spicy papaya salad and received Super spicy…, as I said, it's just an average two star hotel with some extra amenities. The closest 7-11 is around a kilometre away, and the resort shop is like a charity storage, with everything nobody wants. Just don't go there. Renting a motorbike at the hotel is almost twice as expensive. I don't know what to say, and not make it look worse. I wouldn't be coming back to this hotel. Btw, the breakfast was good.

Room with pool view - BOF + : Jolie vue, grande, calme (pas de voisin pour tester isolation des murs), propre. Matelas pas absolument agreables mais corrects. Réceptionnistes très agréables.⁹ - : Fortes odeurs d'écoulement dans la salle de bain qui se répandent dans la chambre, pas de lampes pour lire au lit (seulement dans des niches sur les côtés, ça n'est pas assez efficace) Pas de prise électrique à la salle de bain pour Brosses à dents ou rasoir. On nous à prêté une vieille prise multiple qui du coup occupe la seule prise près du lit dont nous avons besoin pour un respirateur. Les rideaux laissent passer lumière dès 7h00 Pas de coussin sur les fauteuils de terrasse qui font super mal aux fesses. Ecran télé minuscule et rideaux défraîchis. Nous avons eu la chambre pour 55,42€ sur Trip.comais quand on demande les prix pour rester 3 nuits de plus, on est a plus 90% du prix payé. On est partis ailleurs. En tout cas pas un 4 etoiles donc, OK à 2200 baht la deluxe pool view, si plus cher, allez visiter des établissements concurrents.

Hotel is aged but not a bug issue, staff very kind and helpful. Just unlucky for us for breakfast on 1st day - wasn’t good due to not so much guests, hotel may save budget, so type of food not so vary which different from 2nd morning. Hotel pool is good and easy access to the beach.

We loved to be at this resort and eat dinner right beneath the ocean. Staff was very friendly, helfpul and sympathic. There was a big breakfast buffet with a big range of food. Rooms were very clean and there were some beautiful evenings at the beach. Perfect for make a walk at the beach. Would be definitely worth it to come back.
