Perfectly located for everything! Amazing little hideaway in the hustle and bustle yet so peaceful on the resort.. impossible to imagine until you go and see for yourself.. oddly just tucked away along a tiny side road almost like an alley.. live music on Sundays nights from Mouse the owner is definately worth a visit.. This place should be at least 4 stars! We loved our 10 night stay in room 113 and woulnt hesitate to return. Almost forgot to mention the amazing breakfast all cooked to order perfect dippy eggs and crispy bacon! Amazing value for money. And each day twice a day you can see the elephants getting a bath on the beach x

I have not stayed at this hotel. I reached out to ask about availability. They informed me aboit it amd I wanted to reaerve a room. Meanwhile my preferred room became unavailable. I booked less preferred room. They confirmed and asked me to let them know if wanted to cancel. I found another place and informed them asap. They responded that they blacklisted me ( put me on DNR list). What a hospitality and practice! I have never experienced such. And no worries I will avoid booking your place and glad that I am not staying.

Lovely little boutique hotel, Mousse the owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humour. Every member of staff were very friendly, and always smiling. Very comfy bed with lovely smelling toiletries. Large room with plenty of hanging space, and a lovely large fridge too cool our beers 😀 Good selection for breakfast, all cooked to order. Sunbeds we're the most comfortable out of all our hotel stays. Lovely well kept gardens. So close to all the bars and restaurants, but far enough away to not hear any of the noise. Only one minor criticism, the outside chairs need new pads as they are very well worn, and the arms of the chairs could do with a scrub. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. 😁

Great location, central to everything. Friendly staff, especially the gardener who was always smiling. Great breakfast, varied and tasty. Fantastic pool. The only slight negative was the pathway leading to the room, which was not well lit and uneven in places.

Nice friendly resort. The location is very good. The rooms are quiet due to being set back away from the main road. Walkway through the grounds could do with better illumination as the slabs are not all level. Rooms are slightly dated. Breakfast is good. Quite a bit more expensive than other accommodation in the area.

Definitely the best option while in Kai Bae since this lovely and well maintained resort is really peacefull and quiet just 2 steps from the busy main street with shops and restaurant as well as the beach. The salted pool is large and very nice.

We loved our stay here we only had 5 nights and it wasn't long enough. Our room was overlooking the pool and I would recommend selecting one of those rooms. Really good breakfasts nice staff and did I mention the owner. It's the place to stay in Kai Bae

Wonderful stay ,staff very good.Our room overlooks the pool peaceful location less than a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and all amenities. Mouse the owner on hand to give any help and advise. Highly recommend. Short walk to the beach you may even see the Elephants coming down to bathe 😀
