Wonderful place, everything was perfect. The house is amazing, offering all the comforts for an idyllic stay . We were 9 people, the house is big enough to preserve everyone’s privacy. Kitchen is very well equipped . Housekeeping is great I, highly, recommend

Amazing place with amazing view, we really enjoyed our time there, the staff is very responsive and they will help you with anything you need, the pool with this view was perfect, we also used the grill for bbq, the cinema room and the game tables

Pros: Stunning sea view with spacious bedrooms and living & dinners rooms. Villa equipped with elevator, best fitted for elderly. Cons: Quite hard to find upon first time and road uphill is quite dark at night as no road lamps along the side. TV channels cannot connected with tv signals. Therefore, no local TV channels received. Safe boxes didn’t work as can’t set up the password. Also water pressure in the largest bedroom is very low, thus the running water volume is very small. Suggest to rent a car for the trip if staying in Koh Samui for quite a while!

This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Thailand! Breathtaking views, comfortable furniture and bedding, and an amazing games room and cinema. The management was also so attentive and helpful - can’t wait to return on day and will be recommending to friends and family who plan on visiting Koh Samui!

Excellent villa in good location. Great size for party of x8 people of mixed ages.- everyone had their own space. Lovely pool area with impressive views of the sea Fully equipped kitchen & bbq & pizza oven on patio. Highly recommended for all the family

The villa is beautiful very clean and with a nice view. A really quiet place to stay. The kitchen and the whole villa is equipped with everything you need. Super clean pool. Shopping and beaches nearby. A paradise for families! Great communication with the staff that is always ready to help you. We are more than satisfied after 8 days of wonderful vacation here and will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything. ❤️

Very comfortable stay. The team quickly responded to our requests and provided advice on finding markets, restaurants, etc. It was also very nice that there was a cleaning service. The kids loved the games and cinema floor. For the adults, cooking on the grill was very enjoyable. Considering that the fish and seafood market is very close to the villa (less than 10 minutes by car). And the views from the top floor look incredible (especially at sunset). What else I noticed is that the road to the complex of villas is quite comfortable, compared to other options on the island. Like the area itself, the neighbors are quite calm and if you don’t want to go to other beaches there are a couple of options within walking distance
