It may be inconvenient for you: Not all procedures are possible without consulting a doctor and there are cases when the staff is fully occupied with providing for guests who have purchased wellness packages in advance. We also adhere to the principle of interval nutrition, for this reason breakfast starts at 10:00. At the same time, the restaurant works fully, in addition to individual wellness meals, there is an a la carte menu with very tasty food😊

It’s a really beautiful hotel . It’s up on the hill, 25 minutes from Tbilisi, air is super fresh . You do have to wait for a taxi to come from Tbilisi if you need one. All cottages are vey modern and stylish . One day they forgot to clean our room and never provided any explanation when I asked . We came with a 5 year old and so did many other guests . There is not much for him to do there , no pool, but there is a playground and chicken in some boxes . Problem with a restaurant: it’s only open for breakfast 10 am to 12 pm, the earliest you can ask for delivery of breakfast ( limited options ) is 9 am which is quite late If you go on a tour . Another thing they don’t have any ice cream . We checked every day , stayed there for 5 nights . The first day we arrived the restaurant which is very beautiful was not available as they rented it out for the wedding . They suggested we had dinner at the lounge with the same menu, which was vey limited . However , their breakfast is fantastic , especially bakery and fruits. You can to use an electric cart to go to to the lobby or parking lot. My mom asked for 2 am cart to head to the airport and she waited for 10 minutes and ended up walking there ( about 7 minutes ) with a suitcase in the dark . The wellness center is amazing . Their doctors are very knowledgeable.

This hotel seems spectacular in the pictures, and we were very excited to go there for a few days. Unfortunately, the hotel staff shattered our expectations for a good vacation. During our stay, the receptionist wanted to send some workers to fix the TV in our room. We didn't even know the TV was broken and didn't want anyone to disturb our vacation. When we were about to checkout, the hotel staff accused us of causing damage to the furniture. Also, the prices for the damage were created on the spot. I am still trying to figure out how they assigned costs for water damage and scratches to the table's surface. First, they accused us of deliberately breaking the room's kettle, while in reality, the kettle wasn't turning off on its own and was spitting water around it. Secondly, they accused us of scratching the coffee table, while in reality, we only put women's handbags on it and never used it for food or anything else. Later on, the Client Relationship manager continued yelling at us, and we were shocked by this behavior at a 5-star resort. Now I regret not recording her behavior. Seeing this kind of low behavior from an establishment that claims to be a high-end resort that values its guests' impressions is truly astonishing. A very disappointing experience.

A few things we looked at the hotel. Fantastic cottage design. Everything in the room design was perfect! amazing views. Loveed the lounges with the fireplace! Epic menu: dinner, lunch, breakfast Good responsive staff Spa had Good scrub service at the spa and they have a salt room. A couple of things that did not work out for us: - The massage at the massage center are not your typical massages. I did not like it. Better to choose some of their other spa offerings (not a massage) - Breakfast starts a bit too late (10am) - There was also a consistency issue at breakfast. Our 2nd day when we were checking out we had breakfast and the French omlette was completely overcooked (the first day it was perfect).

It was a terrible experience! We had to leave the hotel 1 day early. There is no minibar(An empty minibar awaits you in the room and they say they won't refill it) in the room and the hotel food is so TERRIBLE TASTELESS that we were hungry for 2 days. We decided to eat from the last children's menu. I really wanted to leave a good comment here, but that is not possible. On Valentine's day the reception told us there was a special menu and we ordered a few dishes. After waiting 50 minutes they stated that this menu is not available for room service. It was like a big joke, you think your food is cooking for 50 minutes but no one cares. The funniest thing is that if you want to order something to your room, you have to pay an extra 25-30 GEL service fee. I'm not interested in money, but you can reflect this price on the room charges, such small accounts are really nauseous. In addition, the rooms are not warm enough, despite contacting the reception 2 times, it was cold during our stay in the room. We were really cold. I guess they are trying to save money)

Very pleasant facilities and good for family vacation, good services, food and clean

The cabin - its amazing and very fancy. two exceptions thought, the first is the bathroom is not heated, we stayed on begging of October and it was cold, and the water pressure was low. in the room you have a coffee set but they did not leave milk in the refrigerator, when you ask they tell only after 10 am when the restaurant opens , what about all the guests that wake up before that?. they provide defuser but no oil to apply in it. The restaurant - the food menu is not clear too many "big words" with the waiter in our case wasnt very nice and lack of english could not explain properly. also recommended to bring with you snacks because there is nowhere to buy once the restaurant closes and it takes time to receive the food even when we were almost the only ones there. The food on the other hand is very tasty!!! Its a place that we never seen before but for the standard it set to itself does not fully achieves. we say 7.5/10.

Brilliant Premium Cottage rooms. Great amenities & even better views. One negative: ********** says 'Free massage' on booking: But no free massage exists.
