The property is very good and so is the staff at this place. I stayed here with my family on 5th and 6th April at room 518. While leaving i forgot to take ***** some of my belongings. The hotel staff, specialky Mr. Shashikant Kothawale dealt with the situation in a highly professional ***ner by informing me promptly about my be*****ngs left by me and got all my belongings sent out to me at my residence in Mumbai via courrier. I truely appreciate the sense of responsibility and such an honest behaviour displayed by Mr. Shadhikant and his team. I wish them best of luck and great success. I would recommend this place to whoever is visiting Mahalaxmi temple and planning to stay nearby.

Good hotel exemplary services . Rohini at front desk is quite efficient . Service is okay but In room during service nees to improve. Thalis are not served in room . Car wash facility is unavailable at hotel which is totally unacceptable . Bathroom hot water cold water mixer ratio is improper

I had booked premium rooms here during my business trip. My experience - 1. Rooms - Spacious, Nit and clean 2. Food - Delicious but okay ish 3. Staff - Experienced and friendly (special mention - front office desk) Overall a good experience during the stay.

Excellent service levels with delicious dinner and breakfast. Lot of food options on the buffet Staff was very prompt and supportive. Enjoyed the stay. The staff kept the rooms ready well in advance for check in. Not very far from Mahalakshmi temple.

Checked in Today and ... It's one of the worst experience in so called 4 Star hotel, Veeksar The Fern. Kolhapur 1. The shower was totally malfunctioning ! Water going on the wall in place of the centre of the toilet. It had to be replaced indicating no maintenance of the rooms. 2. The door of the cupboard not closing and creating a irritable noise every time ! 3. The intercom not working , I had to go down to get everything rectified. My question is - why such a poorly maintained room is allotted to the guest ??? Can the authorities of the hotel answer this ?

The rating is purely because of service. A good location , a good building and a good room doesn’t make a hotel a good hotel. The service we received. Ordered food at 10:00 pm as we were told , room service is not available after 10:30 pm. We had traveled 5 hours to reach and were hungry. Also as we had to get up early for the temple Darshan. Ordered a gobhi ***churian , butter chicken , 3 portions butter Phulka - at 10:00 pm. At 10:36 we called to ask where is our food . We were told the boy who was bringing the food got stuck in the elevator and we don’t know in which floor he is stuck. Now - no hotel only lifts turn off without a changeover of the entire hotel lights. The order came at 11:00 - the order was totally wrong. Chicken sukkha and roti. 11:10 pm again a boy walks in with a order. This time it seemed to be our order. But again wrong - plain roti , veg ***churian. no cutlery to eat and wrong order. We were hungry and we ate what was served. We complained at the reception. Been a hotelier myself - I do not like to complaint. But if it is basics of service then I don’t think I should spare it. Stay here if you wish , but don’t expect a good service or even basic service for the price you pay.

This is a review for the restaurant 46 degree north. We were staying in another hotel however had been to this place for dinner on two consecutive nights. On both the days, the staff provided outstanding service and hospitality. We got them to make customised dishes not really in the menu. The dishes were perfectly done. The pasta we ordered on the second day, sans cream and cheese was just yum. The staff took very good care of our kids who were not really in a good mood as they were sleepy. Special mention to the live music and to the performer which created a nice ambience. The Christmas decorations in the lobby area were also nice.

EXCELLENT STAFF WITH EXCELLENT Aminities of room 25th christmas are good decorated in lobby area i had meet mr pandey they are good suggested to ea food its a relly services was excellent specially pomfret thali delicious food and great service by aftab and other team member good will come again in 25th on christmas day iheartly thanks to all team member .
