チェックインはスムーズで、部屋は広くて快適でした。朝食のサービスもきちんとしていました。チェックアウトも迅速で快適でした。スタッフは、仕事のために専門的に訓練された人々で構成されたチームで構成されています。全員が非常にプロフェッショナルな態度で行動していますが、同時に少し本物の笑顔を見せ、本当に気遣ってくれているという感覚を与えてくれます。

施設はまあまあで、立地もまあまあで、カマック通りなどまで徒歩 10 分です。スタッフは失礼で、ホテル全体が空室であっても、早めのチェックインや遅めのチェックアウトを理由に、お金をゆすり取ろうとはしません。受付のマナスはとても失礼で情けない人です。

Nice hotel,cool & calm stay at the heart of City of Joy ie Kolkata.. Previously it was Calcutta. Location is excellent for USA Visa OFC and American Consulate interview Centre. It's at a walking distance from the two above locations. Staffs are excellent and friendly. I stayed there for the fourth time. It's wheel chair accessible.In house dining facility is good and they will be happy to serve your cuisine even outside menu. Rates are reasonable. They have recently renovated interior recently. Will provide cozy ambience.

Peerless hotel Kolkata has been an ultimate destination whenever I visit Kolkata. Though I belong to Delhi , I regularly visit Peerless hotel for my business purpose. Peerless hotel has been an Oasis of warm hospitality. Whenever I come here I go to Aaheli restaurant to have a delicious Bengali cuisines. Breakfast at Oceanic is also very good. Mixed with Indian to Continental delicacies . Rooms are clean and has a very good view of Chowringhee area. Though Kolkata was my old city where I love to visit and the second destination is Peerless hotel where I really find the good food and shelter. Nowadays Peerless hotel has improved a lot in terms of services, facility’s and hospitality. The lobby area is quite large and well decorated even they had opened a bar call Bass and Barrel in the lobby area. Overall the quality of the entire hotel has improved. Feel good to come here.

We visited the hotel for a short leisure trip of 2 days. The location of the hotel is good it's about 2 kms from park street more and 300 m from beckbagan more. The staffs of the hotel were very good and polite and I would like to bestow my sincere thanks to the restaurant staffs who helped me a lot when I fell sick and they even arranged for medicines from the nearest store.Overall experience good.
