昔ながらの建物で最高のサービスを受けることができます。客室清潔はインドで泊まった全てのホテルの中で最高。従業員に個人的なヒントを与えることができなくなっていてチップを望むように気づくこともなく、すべてのスタッフが通り過ぎるたびに明るく笑って挨拶します。朝食ビュッフェもとても良いです。

素晴らしい老舗ホテル。素晴らしいサービス、おいしい朝食、広々とした客室。それを締めくくる素晴らしいプール。

ホテルとサービスは良かった 入り口の外には歩道やお店がたくさんあり、とても混雑していました

I loved staying at this hotel. I am writing this three years after I went, and this is still the benchmark that I define all hotels by in terms of character, quality, comfort and hospitality. This is one of the few hotels that I remember fondly and still feel good about having spent time there.

Surely one of the oldest properties of Kolkata. Elegance and Beauty still gives youa confidence to come back again and again. Some aspects about the food area on the first floor needs immediate attention. There's a marble block in front of a huge mirror. It's slowly turning black. Hence either the marble block should be changed or there should be some other decorative materials in front of the mirror to cover the white marble. Food and service and staff behaviour was is and would always remain fabulous.

The Oberoi Grand Kolkata beautifully retains its old-world charm, making it a unique and memorable place to stay. The breakfast here is truly phenomenal—absolutely worth raving about! For a proper Bengali meal, we ventured next door to Aaheli in Hotel Peerless, which offered an authentic dining experience. While I can’t say I completely fell in love with the experience, it was undoubtedly a good and safe stay in Kolkata. A solid choice for those seeking comfort and a touch of heritage in the heart of the city.

It's a wonderful 6 night stay experience. I was warm welcome by Mr. Niladri and he selected a comfortable and beautiful room for me. Mr Siddhartha had done the check-in formality very fast. Mr. Adnan Azad from the Concierge front desk had arranged doctors assistance for me as a insect wing stick in my right eye during trekking in Sandakphu. My language was well handled by the bell desk Mr. Dhruv, Abhik. Mr. Hemant Sharma took me to the kolkata hospital. He's a good driver and the ride was smooth. In housekeeping under Mr Siddhartha supervision Ms Bhawana Rai, Victoria had taken care of my comfort. I like the mangos Mr Siddhartha placed on my request. Also I like the beautiful hand written welcome note & gift by Ms Bhawana. Mr Victor had assisted me in the gym. Ms. Chancham had arrange a stream bath for me. She is sweet as Bengal sweet dish Chamcham. Mr Nayan and Rahul had take care of me at poolside. Mr Saket had took me on grand tour of grand oberoi. In restaurant Threesixtythree Ms. Anindita had arranged a tablefor me. Mr. Tanajit and Anushi had taken care of my breakfast experience was delicious. Ms Anushi personal attention made my breakfast experience more interesting and delicious. Ms Tanveer Kaur Gill and Mr. Ronak, Sameel had attended me in the restaurant. I love misti dohi served by Ms Tanveer Kaur Gill. In dinner Chef Jashan Arora had suggested and cooked a very delicious food and the same was served by the Rounak. Mr. Vishwas kapoor and Ms Arpita always keep my room key ready when I was came late-night in hotel.Entire team of front desk is always ready to assisted you spl. Thanks to Ms Catherine, Megha & Mr Peter. I had always crake joke with Ms Catherine " how is the weather in Shillong" she always smile and reply it's pleasant sir. I had requested for check-out at 4 p.m to Mr. Aditya Chandra and same was accepted by him. Mr. Niladri, Bishal and Ms Danita had made my checkout fast and hassle free.

The hospitality at Oberoi Grand Kolkata is truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met with grace and efficiency. The attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, and personalized touches create a memorable and delightful experience. The Oberoi Grand Kolkata exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality, making every guest feel valued and cherished.

The Oberoi service has always been outstanding and this was no less. Here is an acknowledgement to the excellent team at work. It all started when we couldn't fly out on the day of our stay due to an unfortunate accident on the way to the airport. One call and the duty manager empathised with our situation and just canceled our booking without any fee. I was on the call for less than a minute. Of course we made sure we went back to the hotel serviced by such an outstanding team once everything was better. From seamless check-in, to customised meals (due to dietary restrictions), especially prepared by the Sous chef (I feel terrible for not remembering her name now) for breakfast, to thoughtful little deeds like making us try the amazing sandesh (which we even carried back to Delhi), the service and staff support was just outstanding. Kudos to Ms. Natasha Mehta and her team for ensuring that we would return to The Grand soon.

With initial hiccup upon arrival… authorities taken care of my concern.At the end I was very much happy with my stay. All employees (including mr. Rehan,mr. Debobrato,Mr . Cheetan…as well as the drivers ( pick and drop)..were extremely cordial and helpful . I fully enjoyed my stay . Looking forward my future stay… during sometime this month.

We have been to many 5 star hotels but the Oberoi Grand Kolkata stands out for it’s impeccable and exceptional service. The level of “attention to detail” that they have is really worldclass. Simply put they will make you feel like a king once you are inside the premises! If you are visiting Kolkata, Grand should be your first choice.

The service from the gates to the room service was excellent. The breakfast was sumptuous. The swimming pool was clean and the swim was memorable with the surrounding buildings and even the small squirrels around. The staffs were excellent with great hospitality. The location is no doubt the best in the city. The spa service was great. Overall a great hotel.
