We stayed at Club Mahindra Ashtamudi Kerala from 20 Nov 2023 to 23 Nov 2023 as Club Mahindra members. Location : (6/10) Slightly on interior of Kollam Outskirts, next to Ashtamudi lake. Pre-reception and reception : (7/10) We were contacted prior to check in about confirmation and subsequently thrice on the day of check in as we could arrive at hotel by 2145 hrs, and rooms were kept accordingly. However, reception staff was cold. Ambience and rooms : (9/10) Big property, variety of rooms, (we stayed in Studio K which was bid and with small kitchenette) , surroundings are beautiful. Staff and service: (6/10) Staff lacks warmth which is characteristic of other CM resorts. Travel desk was unhelpful and much costlier. Did not find much of evening activities which are part of other CM resorts. However, Mr Prem Krishnan was very helpful and interacted with visitors with enthusiasm. Food: Food as usual is over priced even for a fine dine restaurant. However, taste wise it was good. Value for money: (7/10) Positive points ambience, surroundings and rooms which co****sates for everything else. Negative points - staff

Most memorable experiences we have had with the family. If you are visiting Munroe island, take the morning tour (6am to 8am) tour with the speedboat. The guide was very helpful and made it very interesting for us. The pictures during this time are beautiful especially.

Nice property. Calm and serene, excellent place to rewind from city life. Food was excellent but overpriced. Nice place for holidays with family and friends.

Speed boat ride was very good.my kids very scared before but as they got in and with the driver friendly explanations they eased and enjoyed a lot. Also we were able pick a lot of shells. thank you

The room was clean. The food was great. We had more fun in speed boat. We enjoyed our trip a lot. The one who did lead us during or boat ride was very nice to us. He shown us the best sunrise ever. We saw beautiful ***groov forest. All the sattf we also nice to us.

It was good but not happy with food….not up to mark…..over all good experience ,boating was fun, activities are also a good time pass for kids…

The floating BR is great with an awesome view and wonderfull interiors. The staff is very cooperative. The best part is the speed boat ride to the munroe island. Our boat driver Mr. Lineesh was very experienced and clicked perfect pictures also. He guided us throughout the tour and told us everything you wanna know. Strongly recommended to visit the resort and take speed boat ride to munroe.

The property is too good, loved the floating cottages and the food was yummy too. The boat ride in the ***grove forests was awesome as the right time was suggested by them and also they ***aged to take my 1 year old in the speed boat too. We loved the pictures clicked in the boat ride by the driver. Overall we had a good time.

Club Mahindra Ashtamudi hospitality it was amazing Food was tasty ,Cleanses With comfortable Rooms landscape of garden was greener Lot's of activities in lake Club Mahindra staff are well trained they will take care safety and made us memorable Holidays Resturant, Front and Activities ovar all staff are very well helping nature I recommend
