Racist keep saying to me and my family ring polis like come on mate ring the polis what have I done lol the turkmans don’t like black man in the hotel, manager kept saying he was going to call the polis instead of communicating with me in English and offered to fight me on the front and then said he was going to call the polis. Cleaners haven’t been in the room for 2 days. We had to buy toilet roll as we didn’t have any. I would not recommend this place at all!! The food is very minimal and tasteless. Hotel rooms are completely different to the pictures they have uploaded. Never coming here again!!

Awful holiday. The food is atrocious and my husband got severe food poisoning within 48 hours of being there. This led to a hospital visit and having to stay in the room for the rest of our stay. This was made worse by our bathroom stinking of raw sewage which got more potent throughout our stay. We told reception but the lady simply shrugged and said she didn’t know anything about it. The guy on reception should not be in a customer facing role. The few times we talked to him he just mumbled and brushed us off. Even when returning from the hospital after being taken off by an ambulance, he couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone to ask if we were ok. There is a serious lack of hygiene at the bars. The glasses are not washed just rinsed under a tap. On arriving we were told nothing about the hotel facilities which resulted in another guest showing us around. We do want to thank the member of the entertainment team who came to help when my husband was ill - we didn’t catch your name during the chaos and didn’t get to see you again during our stay. Also the housekeeping staff were great. If you want a base ground to sleep at while going out during the day, this place will suffice. Anything more is an absolute waste of money and a health risk.

We stayed at this hotel from the 30th of September as 3 girls . I don't even know where to start we arrived 4.30 am and was shown to our room the throws on the bed and the cushions were filthy we complained next morning as we were too tired we then went to the restaurant for breakfast what it does not inform you anywhere is that the hotel is in 2 buildings we had a 5 min walk to get there once in restaurant again where do I start the woman who was cooking eggs was dirty so was the fridges etc most all inclusive I have been anywhere has at least beans etc and a toaster no toaster only 1 coffee machine for the whole restaurant u could have fried eggs the normal continental breakfast plain omelette and minimal serial the coffee machine ran out of milk all the time so it was mostly black coffee until it was refilled. If you like cauliflower and Brussel sprouts they were available for breakfast. There were 3 bars 1 beach bar which only served beer and soft drinks and 2 pool bars 1 the beer pump didn't even work now I go on to the evening meal. If you don't like chicken your struggling as apart from the odd night that they also put a fish dish on that was all there was there was a choice of deserts however unless you ran for them once they were gone they were not replaced staff were quite rude 1 waiter was nice until he asked my friend for her whats app number "as he wanted to better his english" when refused his demeanour changed completely would definitely not recommend this hotel and I used to work in travel

Absolutely shocking food is terrible. Staff don't speak English will never go back there even tried to get us to have a family room instead of 2 single rooms booked checked out early really spoilt our holiday. Staff are not very helpful too.

Firstly id like to start with just one member of staff "Tacin" he was damn right rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, shrugged his shoulder when we asked for information. Spent most of his time on his phone or outside smoking, How he has a job on the front desk ill never know. The entertainment staff were sweet, helpful and always tried to get you involved. The room was clean and tidy so well done to the cleaning staff. Had to pay extra if you wanted to use their WiFi...ridiculous! Onto the food, it wasn't great at all, breakfast was the bare minimum, lunch consisted of mainly salad. And evening same with some added bits of cooked chicken. Not great at all for kids. Would I go back....definitely not to that hotel.
