Excellent hotel staff very kind excellent service, nice food, beautiful rooms

the hotel was goood in overall but the room was too old . the beache is fantastic . swiming pool 6/10 . food i will give them 6/10 also .

Voici l'avis réécrit avec l'ajout demandé : --- **Séjour globalement très bon, mais quelques points à améliorer** **Points positifs :** - Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil, accueillant et serviable, partout dans l'hôtel. L'équipe d'animation est parfaite, avec un programme très riche et varié. Ils ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. - La nourriture est incroyable, avec un large choix chaque soir : fruits de mer, poisson, viandes variées, salades et desserts très diversifiés. - L'hôtel est immense, avec de nombreux restaurants et bars, ainsi qu'une piscine gigantesque. On peut facilement y passer une semaine sans s'ennuyer. - L'emplacement est idéal, avec un accès direct à une plage paradisiaque. **Points négatifs :** - Les chambres sont basiques, équipées du strict nécessaire. Les serviettes étaient très usées et vieilles. - Certaines chambres sont situées très loin de l'ascenseur, ce qui a posé problème pour notre famille, en particulier avec une personne âgée utilisant une béquille et un bébé en poussette. Malgré une demande faite plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée, aucune solution n'a été proposée. De plus, pour un hôtel aussi grand et comptant des centaines de clients, il est inadmissible qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule chaise roulante disponible. C'est très insuffisant pour un établissement de cette envergure. - L'odeur de cigarettes dans plusieurs espaces de l'hôtel, notamment à la réception et dans les salons, est gênante, surtout pour les familles avec enfants. Bien que plusieurs réclamations aient été faites à la réception, il a fallu insister pour que des actions soient prises. - Les prix des extras en demi-pension sont exorbitants : une pizza à 40 dinars, un petit verre de thé aux pignons à 12 dinars, un soda à 7 dinars... Des prix bien supérieurs même à ceux d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Conclusion : 8/10 Malgré quelques inconvénients, je garde une très bonne impression de cet hôtel et je reviendrai certainement en formule All Inclusive. L'atmosphère est familiale, le service est impeccable, et l'emplacement est tout simplement parfait.

L’hôtel est bien placé  Le calme est présent ainsi que la tranquillité.  Seule chose que je reproche est la propreté des chambres.  Les équipements des chambres sont un peu vieux et mal entretenues ! Les baies vitrée ont du mal à s’ouvrir pour accéder au balcon ( du fait du manque d’entretien )  Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable !  Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet établissement.

Ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles ! Service médiocre, la nourriture n'est pas franchement fantastique.

Honest British Review – Africa Jade Thalasso This is an honest and mainly positive review. We actually had a fantastic time during our 10-night stay at the Africa Jade Thalasso. Myself, my partner and our 16-year-old son stayed here and, despite some issues, we really enjoyed our holiday. The Hotel The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It's a very authentic mix of African and Tunisian themes, with incredible attention to detail throughout the décor and presentation. It has a real character to it and certainly doesn't feel like your typical modern resort hotel. The staff are fantastic. From the gardeners to the reception team and activities staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and happy to assist. You can tell that a lot of pride goes into maintaining the hotel. Location This is something you definitely need to consider before booking. The hotel is very remote. Outside the hotel there is a local supermarket, an ice-cream shop and one restaurant. That's pretty much it. So, if you like going for a walk in the evening, finding different restaurants, having a drink somewhere else or simply exploring outside your hotel, this probably isn't the place for you. It wasn't a problem for us because we were quite happy staying around the hotel, but it's definitely worth knowing before you book. Entertainment There is a good variety of entertainment, but a lot of the shows are aimed at younger children. Unfortunately, this meant our 16-year-old found the evenings quite boring at times, as there wasn't a huge amount going on for teenagers or older guests. ️ Beach & Sea Now for one of the best things about Africa Jade... The beach and sea are absolutely stunning. I'd genuinely put them on par with some Caribbean beaches. The sea is warm, crystal clear and very clean. The private beach is also kept really well, with plenty of sun shades available. The entrance into the sea is lovely too — shallow, sandy and without rocks, making it very easy and safe to get in. Just beautiful. So... onto the bad bits The "All Inclusive" Bars This was probably our biggest disappointment. The hotel is advertised as All Inclusive, but unfortunately, we wouldn't consider it fully all-inclusive. The following bars are not included: * Beach Bar – you have to payLarge * * Pool Bar – you have to pay * Sports Bar – you have to pay * Moorish Café – you have to payThis leaves you with two bars included in the All Inclusive package: * Small Pool Bar It's simply too small and can get extremely busy. * Lobby Bar This is where things become frustrating. The lobby itself is beautiful, but in the evenings it gets incredibly busy. On several occasions there was only one person serving, resulting in some very long queues. One evening there were 13 people waiting. We eventually gave up. This really needs sorting out because it's a lovely area of the hotel, but the service and queues completely spoil it. ️ A-la-carte Restaurant Again, this was disappointing. The a-la-carte resta

Everything was great resort is beautiful with a lot of green plants… food is very delicious, rooms are comfortable and nice… The best of all are the guys and girls from animation team … very talented and big heart people, Tito and Chico especially … we had a lot of fun with them… ❤️

Every things is perfect, I came here with my wife and my son, we enjoyed hour time the food is so nice and so clean the room have nice service and clean too with nice view. The animation team was so powerful and pro with the kids. I advice to try it. We feel like a family with the entertainer they make for us a lovely time really I have to come back here soon. The too was have nice drinks in the good service with polity staff thanks for everyone ❤️❤️

My husband and I were at the Africa Jade Hotel in May 2026. The hotel is beautiful. We were very pleased with our stay. We received a room overlooking the pool and on the side we had a view of the sea. During our stay, the animators kept us entertained. In the swimming pool you could use aquaerobics, take part in yoga or dance classes. You could also play volleyball in the pool. In the evenings, animators they also invented games. The food was so great. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

An exotic fascinating hotel with African theme. Casual relaxed atmosphere. Best suited for over 50’s as a tranquil retreat. A little piece of paradise. Food amazing, (think 4 star cruise ship), centred on French and Tunisian cuisine (also a huge choice for vegetarians). Entertainment not great, especially evenings, but various classes throughout day. Fantastic indoor salt water pool in addition to large outdoor swimming pool with sea and white sand beach a few steps away. Spacious rooms with relaxed decor and balconies. Hotel on edge of Korba and not much else to do there but excursions can be booked. Excellent value for money.

We’re having an amazing vacation here at this beautiful resort and the highlight of our stay is definitely the animation team. They keep us entertained all day long with energetic dancing , creativity, and a great sense of fun, and the evening shows are absolutely fantastic. Every day feels lively and full of joy—we’re dancing a lot, laughing, and making wonderful memories. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it truly makes this place feel special. A big thank you to the animation team and one of them my new friend Omar for their enthusiasm and dedication—you’ve made our stay unforgettable. We genuinely love this place and can’t wait to come back!❤️

We had a week at this hotel and although the drinks and food were not quite at the standard we would like, we had the best time there as the pool and the beach are fabulous. What made our holiday the best was Hedi and Chico from the animation team. I know the animation team have to be very charismatic all day, but these guys were real and made everyone genuinely happy. They are the best thing about the hotel and deserve recognition for this. Hedi made it the best week ever for my son. I would also like to mention Adem, Wassim and Khmayess who were very kind to us and worked very hard. Adem was the best waiter there by far.

This hotel is 4 stars but people they work here treat it as 2 starts , who ever is in charge is totally absent ,who’s no show in Friday night at a busy hotel ??? Better to hire ppl that they car and recruit more servers at the pool bar I have been here for less the 4 hours and I’m really annoyed about how ppl are at the pool and how staff is controlling it . They have access for the day to the pool and that make it full and staff can’t control and unsafe environment . Ppl dive on pool , play ball,splash other residents faces and hit them sometimes and when I talked to the life guard he said that he can’t do nothing about it . You come to sir on pool and there is no space ,ppl put towels in morning to get the sport they won’t in afternoon making it impossible to have a place at the pool . Food is expensive and I don’t have even a table to enjoy it . Top prices with lowest services and I’m sure I’ll update this review ,it’s only been couple hours of 3 nights stay . What ever the update will be will Be spread all over the net ,I don’t pay 300$ the night for this low level of services and not to mention when to reception they tried to bounce me and ignore me . I paid top with my credit card services and I’ll Make sure in end of journey that this hotel will get what it deserves and will be taking down from Portal for major safety hazard at least . Beer tastes like soap ,they get the cheapest and charge 10dt for it .
