Fabulous!very nice design and comfort room

這家酒店挺奇葩的，明明預訂了雙床，到了酒店説衹有單人床。晚上11點了，不然入住，攜程打電話過去處理了半天又變出來一間。終於有房間了，上了樓找了半天沒有找到.兩個好心的法國人幫忙一起找到的房間。那個樓層房間佈局簡直了，有突發事件的話，出來都得暈半天。

Very business orientated. Our Prestige Room in the South Wing was a reasonable size and although there was the occasional sound of a train it certainly wasn't enough to disturb a good nights sleep. Overall it was very quiet. The room had no USB ports, just plug sockets. (They sell phone chargers and plug adaptors at reception). The room had a coffee machine but no kettle. Overall the room and especially the bathroom had a nice modern feel about it and with the hotel being across the road from the station and a short walk into town it has plenty going for it.

This was my last hotel of the week after travelling across Europe with colleagues and unfortunately one of the most disappointing. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel downstairs, but upstairs a very dark, dimly lit corridor with a strong food odour, led to a dark, dimly lit bedroom with a view akin to staying in a prison! The room was unbearably hot and so dark, it was really quiet depressing. On a positive note the breakfast was really good with lots of choice, but very busy with long queues on Sunday as the restaurant is open to the public, not just hotel guests.

Attractively designed, modern hotel close to the station in Kortrijk. Room was relatively basic but clean and comfortable with a great shower. Jules Bar - great vibe, buzzy with indoor and outdoor tables. Bar food was tasty and well presented with a great selection of wines and spirits. Restaurant in the hotel was excellent too. Breakfast buffet-style with freshly cooked eggs/omelettes etc. good choice of options. Note - the slightly alarming toilets on the ground floor that have one-way glass! :-)

I stayed here on business several times in 2022. The rooms are nice but vary between the newer south end with large rooms and modern bigger bathroom to the business annex with smaller more basic rooms and bathrooms. Service at front desk is good but the friendliness can vary. Some greet with a smile and good day, others don’t. The bar is really nice and fun. It’s small cozy and stylish. Full of people to watch and the bar keepers are always busy. The food is good bar food. The drinks are great. The restaurant is very good food. Pricy. Fun to watch out the windows at the pedestrians and traffic on the circle. The included breakfast has a large selection of fine fare. Recommend this hotel. Many other fine restaurants within a ten minute walk as well. I’m considering a vacation visit as well.
