Hotel je predivan,jednostavno nemam riječi kako bih opisala boravak. Pogled ,čistoća ,komfor,bazeni,hrana,barovi......A osoblje,doslovno svi ljudi koji rade u hotelskom kompleksu su predivni.Nasmijani i uslužni.Ništa nije problem.Definitivno ćemo se vratiti!!!!!

Had 2 weeks at Dimitra beach in August, overall the hotel is really good & the views are fabulous. Officially a 5* hotel but TUI rate it as a 4* We had a bungalow with our 12 year old on the sofa bed, still felt spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom had frosted glass walls but there was a 4 inch gap in the doorway so no privacy. Lots of steps & different levels around the hotel & all rooms look to have a sea view. The bungalows are central & well located in between the pools & the restaurants & less steps. The beachfront bungalows only sleep 2 & have sunloungers on the terrace. I think the hotel should consider giving all the bungalows sun loungers. We went in school holidays & all sunbeds had gone by 8.30. A queue forms before 8am & the cleaners open the area when they’ve finished. Most rooms will have 1 or 2 extra people in during school holidays so it will feel much busier during those weeks. They could do with a few extra staff at peak times as the staff looked run off their feet. They want the bar area to be table service but one day we waited 40 minutes for our drinks. My husband went up to the bar 3 times & was told they would bring it to us. The white lounge (adult area) is a bit odd. Very awkward arrangement of furniture, all the sofas facing each other so you feel like you’re joining people. It’s a big area but hardly anyone sits there, yet the main area is very busy. Would be better to have the same tables & chairs in the white lounge area so there’s enough seating. Food was good, wouldn’t say outstanding but plenty of choice. We preferred the bigger restaurant (Flavours) Couldn’t stand the scrapping of chairs in the smaller (Thalasa) made me think I was in McDonald’s or a motorway services! We did try it once in the evening but it was very quiet so the food wasn’t getting replenished often & therefore hot food was going cold. Having cocktails on the menu makes the bar service take longer. Should consider having self serve water machines to fill water bottles/flasks. Kos Town is worth a visit. Bus stop outside the hotel €2 each & about 15 mins. Lots of boat trips from there too, mostly doing the 3 island cruise leaving at 10am €25-€35.

Absolutely amazing family holiday! The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and gorgeous sea views. Our room was spotless and plenty of room for a family of 4. The food and drinks were great and plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing family holiday!

We were here for our honeymoon and we had the most amazing and wonderful time there at Dimitra hotel. We were really looked after, the food was great, the staff were exceptional especially the staff at Thalasa and Atlai restaurant where we had our breakfast and lunch there mainly by the pool and Mark the pool guy. So friendly! The beach bungalow was just amazing with an amazing sea view, just wonderful and thank you for making our honeymoon very special!

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at Dimitra Beach. We received a very warm welcome after a late flight from George at reception. We were handed freshly made baguettes and offered a drink before being shown to our room. Our room (two bedrooms) was spacious and clean. Our view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed being close to one of the pools. The food throughout our stay was excellent. We ate in the Italian restaurant once which we all enjoyed. The buffet had plenty of choice and we didn’t find anything too repetitive. Everything was cooked well. Our favourite was the Greek restaurant where we had lunch everyday, everything was so fresh. The cocktail menu had a lot of good choice (all included) and cocktails are all freshly made. We particularly enjoyed the Veranda main bar and found the two barmen who were on every night we were there worked so hard and would make anything we asked for which was always delicious. They also make an amazing iced latte! Adina, one of the waitresses, was so welcoming towards us and we found her very pleasant. We enjoyed the entertainment every evening and found it better than entertainment we have seen in other hotels. We particularly enjoyed the Bruno Mars tribute and the DJ, great atmosphere! The highlight of our stay was Giorgos who I believe is the Service Manager. He was always there, always making sure his guests were happy and would always go above and beyond. He was so much fun and my children loved high fiving him and chatting to him throughout the day. My husband and I both said we’ve never seen someone so good at their job and he really deserves a lot of credit. The only drawback for us was the lack of sunbeds. It’s not necessarily a fault of the hotel but most sunbeds were reserved very early on in the day and it could be challenging to find a sunbed after 8.30am. Our favourite part of the hotel was the view, it’s stunning no matter where you are in the hotel and it’s something we are already missing! The hotel is peaceful, relaxing and friendly. It’s not a hotel with a huge amount going on (there are some daily activities) but if you want somewhere to relax, with an amazing view and probably the best service we’ve ever received at a hotel then you won’t be disappointed!

This was our 4th year at the Dimitra Beach staying in a beach front bungalow. The setting is just breathtaking and once again the food and service was excellent. A very special shout out for Anastas who waited on us at lunch time. Although the restaurant was pretty busy, Anastas always took time to chat, laugh and make us feel so welcome and relaxed - thank you. And as always, a mention of Valentina and Mina who took care of our room and made us smile every day. Top marks from us, a hotel where the stunning views are matched by friendly service and happy vibes.

Great hotel. Staff was great and George the manager very good and welcoming always making sure everyone is happy and takes time to talk to people. Food was very nice good variety. Only 10 mins bus ride to town which is perfect. Would definitely recommend and return.

We have just enjoyed a beautiful week at the Dimitra Hotel in Kos with our 4 and 5-year-old children and their grandparents, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely, with plenty of choice. We particularly enjoyed the gyros most days and looked forward to the delicious banana smoothies at breakfast each morning. A special thank you to the hotel team for helping us celebrate my partner’s birthday. I had forgotten to bring his birthday cards, but the staff went above and beyond by decorating our room with balloons and arranging a birthday cake. We enjoyed the cake with a bottle of champagne on our balcony, which made the day feel extra special. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, and our children absolutely loved them. The kids’ club was excellent, with a small children’s pool nearby and a park within easy reach. The entertainment team did a wonderful job keeping the children engaged with activities such as painting, colouring, and even doing their hair. They were fantastic with the kids and made a real difference to our holiday. The only slight disappointment for us was the à la carte Italian restaurant, which wasn’t quite to our taste. However, the staff there were still wonderful and helped us celebrate my partner’s birthday with another cake, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and created some fantastic memories. We would happily recommend the Dimitra Hotel to other families and would definitely return again in the future.
