部屋は広くて居心地が良く、乱雑ではありません。部屋の家具は古いので、改修する必要があります。 部屋の害虫駆除にはがっかりしました...部屋にアリがたくさんありました...また、レベル11のエレベーターの待機エリアの周りに鳩の巣があり、巣の世話をしている鳩の音が聞こえます...とても不愉快です.. 朝食の食べ物をもっとアップグレードする必要があります...ミーゴレンとナシケラブは塩辛すぎます...ビフンゴレンは乾燥しすぎています...

これまでで最高のホテルなので、このホテルを何度も利用しました。 階下のIlyカフェは間違いなくこのホテルのスターです。 平凡な朝食。

いつものように素敵な滞在でした。部屋は素晴らしく、食事は最高で、プールの水には塩素がほとんど含まれていませんでした。

よく管理されたホテル、快適で清潔、雰囲気も良い。 日中は忙しいスケジュールですが、私と同僚は良い滞在ができました

素敵なディナービュッフェと朝食を備えたコタバルの素晴らしいホテル。また次回もリピートさせていただきます

Nice ambience, delicious breakfast, and they serve Roti Titab as well! I love they rendang daging that paired with Nasi Lemak

Hotel room is a bit old with leaking pipes in the bathroom.  There is a red stain on the bedsheet upon entering and hv informed housekeeping. They quickly changes it as requested. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of food

Very comfortable and convenient. Attached with shopping mall with easy access. Recommended to stay here. Will repeat stay in future

My first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Unbelievable experience at this hotel! I was assigned to a ******* room (Bilik Hantu) at the corner of the building. In the middle of the night, something pulled my blanket away and touched my leg. Strange noises filled the room, and objects seemed to move on their own—it was absolutely terrifying! I have seen on tiktok that many people experienced the same thing in this hotel. If you're brave enough and want a paranormal encounter, feel free to book a stay here. As for me, never again! This was my first and definitely my last time.

My family loves this hotel, and the breakfast is good. However, the hotel did not replenish certain food items that had run out. Also, they seemed short-staffed, as one staff member had to manage two booths (the laksa section and the roti tiptop/kacang pool section). Overall, it was okay.

Horrible experience at this hotel! The bed sheets were never changed—there was hair all over the bed. On top of that, they diluted the shampoo and shower gel with water. What kind of hotel standard is this? Absolutely unacceptable! The room itself was in terrible condition, with many things broken and in need of repair. This place desperately needs improvement and renovation. Would not recommend!
