「このホテルは少し古いので改装が必要です。時代遅れの寝具、天井照明のない部屋、古いカーペット、古い家具、ベッドヘッドに電源ソケットなし。充電は化粧台とパントリーでのみ可能です。部屋の状態を考えると宿泊料金の価値はありません。朝食ビュッフェはまあまあです。ホテルのロケーションは良く、リバーフロント、モスク、バザール、生鮮市場、レストラン、博物館まで半径 600 メートルで歩いて行けます。」

「The front desk staff is very friendly. Have difficulties opening the door, customer service & technician solve the issue quickly. Near KB Mall, good location. The room is not thoroughly cleaned. The bed and towel are clean. Quite good just for sleep overnight stay.」

「You get what you pay yet everything just good to experience. If in future, I’m solo again to KB most probably I will stay again.」

「They are doing renovation now, the hotel is better than previously. The breakfast buffet is nice, have authentic kelantan food. The gym room is fabulous, suitable for those who like work out.」

「Strategic location located next to KB Mall, the room is nice, have everything we needed: iron, hairdryer, smart tv, free WiFi etc. However, be careful when driving up to the parking area because the driveway is quite narrow. After all, we had a great time.」

「1. The bathroom wall and floor were stained n mouldy. 2. The bed need vacuuming n cleaning, while the bedsheet n duvet need cleaning n changing because my skin itched sleeping on it. I have to cover the bed with my own sheet I brought along. 3. The sofa was dusty n uncomfortable to sit on. 4. Towel was changed only upon request. Should be changed daily or at least after 2 days. 5. The floor need vacuuming at least after 2 days stay.」

「PLus : The room and bathroom is very big with city view, there is kirchen also. The room is clean and easy check in and check out. There is free parking at the apartment. Minus : There is no Wifi.」

「When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.」

「Bilik bersih, toilet macam dah lama tapi bersih je, shower water pressure sangat slow, sinki ok laju..harap boleh tukar water heater tu and ada option pipe untuk shower. Ekon tak berapa sejuk tapi ada kipas siling membantu untuk tidak rasa panas」
