Bilik kecil tapi selesa. Bersih Staff sangat membantu dan mesra Dekat dengan shopping mall. Bagi mereka yg bawak kereta, ada tempat parking disediakan tapi terhad dan kena charge rm10/day. Sarapan juga tersedia tapi terhad.

During check in the staff who assist me doesn't really give a further explanation such as what time breakfast, when the door close espc on level 3 area access (fortunately, we met the staff from kitchen area then he told us to use the lobby entrance and they gave an option of bed on apps, but just simply give us no option actually. Plus, the amenities room just had the basic thing, but excluded toothpaste, no hot drinks like coffee and after 30 min in the room i just notice the sign no food/ drinks allowed from the outside (I like wait a minutes 😂) Btw, the good things here is, u can had a breakfast or enjoying view of city from elusion cafe, easily access to shopping mall and doesn't have to worry where to eat because there's a lot option of restaurants for you. Lbnl, those who drive a car, you can park at your own risk on level 3 ( but still have to pay yaa 😂, ticket pay at level 2 counter) and the parking entrance beside the courtyard hotel. And make sure you ask all your question or whatever it is to the staff 😎

Staff very helpful near to the mall cuma bilik berhabuk dan bantal 😭 tidak tahu la ada ganti or tidak sebab nampak Kotor, senipis alam tu can tolerare lg .Nampak review org psl breakfast tu , mmg betul kurang memuaskan but boleh la. First time tidur hotel sini , cuma puas hati sbb staff dia sj sgt ok plus ada Netflix tuk ank2 tgk tv

We actually called the hotel to request if we can check in earlier and they did allowed us for 30min earlier before the time, fine customers service. Unfortunately, booked for room with windows and twin beds on the Apps, but when checked in they gave us room with queen bed and no windows without informing , we did asked again to the counter but they said the room we requested all fully booked. Hotel room provided Iron for clothes and hair driers inside the room’s which is rare for most affordable hotels nowadays. Water heaters and 3in1 drinks provided. But air conditioner temperature control is not working, so it’s not really cold inside the room, but just fine. TV works with wifi connection; can browse youtube, so good don’t have to watch Chinese classics shows (The main shows in every hotel TV, iykyk🤣🤣🤣).. The location is great, just 4 min walk to One Borneo Mall entrance and 5-7min drive to Teluk Likas beach. BUT, the main issues is parking space, the hotel have some small lots for hotel guests parking BUT, you have to pay RM10 for every time you enter. Means if you park one time pay RM10 then go out the parking and enter again they will charge you another RM10 and this will be included in you hotel bills when check out, another option is you have to use Mall parking, and pay following the parking rate. Not convenient for those who come by car. At night we have Dinner with our organisations in the hotel functions rooms. And surprisingly they serve the food leftovers for breakfast. 🤣🤣🤣 they don’t provide any milk for drinks/ coffee . For those who have high expectations for fine hotels breakfast, I wouldn’t recommend to keep you expectations high here🤣. But I felt touched and respect the hotel knowing they hired disabled (deaf) workers as their waiters & waitresses 🤍.

Need to improve more on breakfast menu. The hotel should serving at least Nasi Lemak because most of the foreigners looking for that menu. Thank you.

The insides of the hotel and room were clean. The location is a walking distance to a shopping mall so it is easy to buy stuff but they have a very very very limited parking space in front of the hotel so it is first come first serve and they charge RM10. Quite expensive and not really safe. The door lock does not look very secured and the door for the bathroom was stuck. They do provide a TV with Netflix, YouTube & live tv with limited channels. They also provide a hair dryer, safety chest, an iron & ironing board. Free breakfast for 3 guests per room but the food was not worth it.

The location is strategic and the cleanliness is good. At first, we booked baliness room with no view but our luck we got free upgrade baliness room with view/window. But, we couldnt connect wifi and also switch on the tv. So, we got free upgrade room without wifi. Lasty, the breakfast prepared was not worth with the price. Thank you.

Pro : 1. Near 1borneo 2. 10 steps, its all what you need to go to 1borneo 3. The food is just okay. 4. Near to UMS 5. Near to Alamesra Cons : 1. The hotel is not worth the price you paying 2. Old hotel 3. If you stay here, you have to be prepared and not expecting much 4. Got a lot of bugs, especially small ant 5. You pay for a premium price, but you will get budget hotel feeling 6. Weird smell 7. Creepy noise, i hear water dripping/flowing noise all the time..

Ok hotel dekat dengan shopping mall. Parking berbayar
