食事や買い物に便利な場所。しかし、エレベーターを降りるとカーペットの匂いが漂います。部屋にも臭いがあり、部屋には小さなゴキブリもいました。ここに住むのが好きです。ホテルがそれを解決してくれることを願っています。

素敵な場所、素敵な部屋、ただタオルが少し汚れていてテレビはアップグレードが必要、全体的に滞在は良かった

モール内のホテルなので周りには美味しいものがたくさんあります。良いロケーション。部屋はきれいです。ただ、フロアマットはありません。

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the room was spacious and bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were warm and friendly. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious and high-quality food. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel in a perfect spot, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great place near to the mall and city centre. Lot of eateries could be found nearby. Perhaps TV could be upgraded to smart TV

It's convienient and can shopping around citymall.easy to find food too...park at your own risk but parking is provided.

A few times I have already stayed at this hotel. Overall it is good. Nothing to comment.

Location very convenient for shopping and dining. Very friendly and helpful staff

The place has a walkway connecting directly to City Mall which is really nice. Room was quite old but it’s clean which was good. However the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped and another downside was the room’s aircon that we got was kinda faulty. Throughout the night, I could hear ‘tak’ from the aircon and also the soundproofing wasn’t that good, literally can hear next door noise.

The location of this hotel is superb convenience, located inside a mall and near to KK city centre. This hotel is easy access to supermarket that located inside the mall. Suitable for traveller who looking for convenience and prefer near to KK city centre.
