Everyone was lovely, nice swimming pool area. However, the room had unpleasant smell such as dampness and mould.

The ideal is exceptional in its care and attention to its guests. The Ayurvedic treatments were authentic and the therapists were extremely good at what they do ***** with being kind and caring I felt very comfortable throughout the whole of my stay. All of the staff friendly and kind making our stay a wonderful experience. If you are thinking of having a course of Ayurvedic treatment or just a few days rest I would highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place! I got very good muscle massage. The lady saw directly where were the spot to massage. I got out from there very relaxed. Also after this session I felt I my body movements were easier.

The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The food excellent With great taste. The food is well cook. The customer service is always available 24 hours which is important. The resort is secure with security on watch 24/7. The doctors are always on point with the treatment and very knowledgeable. The therapist are always on time and knowledgeable of their job. The therapist will always explain to the customer what they are applying to your body and why. The greenery around the resort is so refreshing and calm. I love the cleaness of the rooms and the all the staff I give a thumbs up all the way for their hospitality. I enjoy staying here and the staff is making it a memorable one. I highly recommends this place to everyone.

I was surrounded by smiling faces. All ***** my three weeks treatment. Wonderful Ayurvedic food and extraordinary massages… A doctor and his assistant are taking care of you 7 days a week. Calmness… Silence… Their love for their customers is real. I was a new person when I came back.

A fantastic experience with wonderful staff. I did the 21 day panchakarma which was amazing. It is challenging in places but the doctors could not more attentive. Never did I feel they were not looking after my specific issues. The massage therapists were wonderful and provided excellent massage and kindness. The pool and garden were excellently maintained and everywhere kept clean. The rooms are basic but perfectly fine and they were very happy to accommodate a couple of changes I needed. Food is awesome and the restaurant staff so charming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble The atmosphere was more ‘family’ than fancy hotel - which was much better for me during the panchakarma. Recommend it !

Séjour et cadre agréables. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et disponible. Je suis revenue apaisée de ma cure ayurvédique : le suivi médical, les massages et soins, les séances de yoga, les repas, tout y était. C’est un mélange de tradition et de modernité. Les transferts aéroport aussi étaient assurés. Je recommande cet établissement.

Good day everyone! It was my first time visiting India, Kerala, Ideal Ayurvedic Resort. To say that I had an unforgettable experience is an understatement. My 2 week stay at the Ayurvedic resort was simply excellent, from arrival at the airport till departure. The staff, service, food, treatment, ayurvedic massage are all top notch. I examined the local Ayurvedic centers and want to mention that there were centers with a higher level of accomodations, but Ideal Ayurvedic Resort corresponds to the price and quality. After two weeks of treatment, my general condition and mood noticeably improved, excess weight was noticeably gone, my skin condition were restored. I left with the intention of returning to this place again... Thank you for helping me to discover India at its best!!! A pleasant hotel staffed by friendly, engaging people who genuinely care about their guests. The place is immaculate and the facilities are good. The beds are quite ‘hard’ (which seems common in Kerala). The pool is clean, well maintained (but cold). The restaurant is excellent - brilliant service, wonderful Ayurvedic food - but not that it is Vegetarian only. The treatments they offer are excellent and good value - my wife had several massages. There is a nice beach a short walk away and the famous Shiva monument.
