Good Hotel with professional service .. the house keeping, restaurant , room service and front desk checkin was smooth and efficient..one special mention is about the bedding .it was smooth and very comfy..keep the good work KPM tripenta team !!!!

Place is very convenient being in CBD but hotel itself is not very well maintained. Power system plus backup appears to be a concern since we were stuck outside for nearly 3 hours at the lobby from 6pm to 8,30 pm with the entire hotel in darkness. Sad part was there was a wedding reception event scheduled and everyone including young and old were stuck too and the management did not come forward to apologise and make up for the inconvenience. The suite room for the cost and convenience was extremely over priced as well. AC was inefficient in the night. Plus points include good ground staff and the buffet breakfast was decent!!

We requested for a late check in, and when we arrived the staff were courteous and called up the restaurant before they closed to take our order for dinner. The whole experience was pleasant, check in check out everything was smooth. Everything near and clean. The breakfast was sumptuous, it is near the pool, good ambience

Most courteous staff- went out of their way to help us. Excellent location, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and a restaurant that looks over a canopy of coconut palms- very soothing! good food to boot too!

Had an excellent stay for a night, while we were on our way to Wayanad. Their service was amazing, given we were traveling with an infant. They helped prepare baby food, and also made us comfortable. Right from the reception to the restaurant everyone greets you with a smile.
