ロイ シャレー(Loy Chalet)

The location is very wonderful, the greenery is very pleasant, the reception is full of respect and welcome, and the staff is very professional. Services, breakfast and presentation are very excellent. Unfortunately, there are bed bugs and mosquitoes in abundance, although they are keen on cleanliness.

酒店環境挺好的，早飯也不錯，房間內設施略顯一般，卧室和洗手間比較小。比較讓人不舒服的事情是，退房的時候服務員説少了一條泳池的浴巾，我告訴他們兩條都在房間，一會兒前台還是打電話告訴我説少了一條。我再回到房間去檢查，一條在洗衣籃，一條在櫃子裏。這件事讓整個入住體驗變差了。

剛開始是被圖片吸引過去的 想着居然沒人住過 Villa作為這個價格還是有吸引力的 住了3天接下來客觀點評下 優點:適合拍照黨 周圍比較清凈 附近的lotous 和terrace很好吃 酒店價格適中 早餐很不錯 也有泳池 跳島遊什麼的也在旅行社接送範圍內 缺點:服務非常一般 酒店接機開我800豬 這個價格屬實貴了 機場下來shuttle bus一個人200 前臺中年男子reception不是很friendly 屬於有求必應 但不太情願 第一天房間和他説沒打掃乾淨 三催四催 後面幾天外出和他説打掃房間嘴上答應最後也沒幫我打掃。 入住要收取3000按金，信用卡付款額外收取90，並且退還的時候不支持退到卡里。衞生情況比較糟糕，入住時候馬桶和茶几都沒弄乾凈。底層的廚房很久沒人用，味道很大。床品衞生也要打個問號，回國身上起不少疹子.因為酒店樹多,所以房間裏也能看到壁虎和不知名臭蟲，所以床上有蟎蟲什麼的也不足為怪了。 總結:被照片吸引過去的大概率不會失望 因為環境確實還不錯。但對衞生和服務有要求的還是建議周邊中高端連鎖。

We booked one night at Loy last minute for £40 bed and breakfast. The resort is easy to find up a long drive (we were on a moped but you’ll need transport to get around which the reception team can organise for you). Everything is brand new and stunning, from the lush tropical planting to the chalets and pool. It was clean and beautiful everywhere. We had a deluxe bungalow which is set over two 25m floors and was great for a short stay but I think would feel a little small for long periods. Although you have a separate floor downstairs (which you have to walk outside to access) which has a full kitchen/diner, I’m not sure how much use it would get and there is no aircon but cannot fault the details and quality at all. The bed was the comfiest we have slept in and the only thing missing from our room was a lamp or reading light. The toiletries were good and the mini bar was huge and well priced. There is a lovely large veranda upstairs and downstairs with comfy table and chairs at both levels. The pool area is again beautiful with a good size salt water pool. As with many pools in Thailand, the water gets very warm as it’s in full sun. Breakfast is cooked to order at the bar/restaurant and has a good range of options for free. We also found the bar prices very reasonable and all the staff very friendly. Overall the Loy Chalet resort is a paradise escape and If we stayed again for longer we would upgrade to the single floor rooms with more space.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are new, spacious and well maintained. Loy Chalet had the most comfortable beds of our entire trip. Large pool, delicious smoothies, and good breakfast options. It is important to know that for lunch and dinner, the hotel does not have a kitchen on site (despite the website noting fine dining) and anything ordered is delivered from a nearby restaurant. We waited for a fairly long time for our lunch to arrive on the first day. When I asked about walking to Klong Muang Beach (the closest to the property) the desk attendant told me it was a local beach used mainly for fishing, and that we should take a taxi to Ao Nang, about 20 minutes away. We were able to book a private boat excursion that was the highlight of our trip. Contact Krabi Medsine Travel & Tour at *********** (telephone or WhatsApp) and speak with Sine. We also used her for our transportation back to the airport as it was cheaper that the shuttle offered by Loy.

A beautiful location very close to the beach. The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and the cappuccino were delicious. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You can rent a scooter to explore the area. We would return again if we visited the area again.

Everything was perfect about this hotel, food, location, the rooms… however the part I want to highlight the most is the service. The gentlemen behind the desk is a credit to his role, not only did he help us out with everything we needed. He also helped us retrieve our missing passports and without his help we would have been in a really difficult situation. Thank you again, Edward and Robyn.
