部屋は広々としていましたが、ベッドはマットレスを2枚重ねただけなので、真ん中が硬く、寝心地が悪かったです。給湯器は汚れていて、カップには埃が積もっていました。トイレのお湯はちゃんと出ませんでした。

テトリスホテルに2ヶ月滞在したのですが、バンコクへの出発直前に、施錠された部屋から現金600ドルが盗まれました。
すぐにスタッフに報告しましたが、ホテル側は全く対応してくれませんでした。サポートも調査も補償も、何の対応もありませんでした。
これは「事故」ではなく、部屋に入室できる何者かによる明らかな窃盗です。所持金は700ドルでしたが、600ドルが盗まれ、100ドル札は1枚しか残っていませんでした。誰かが私の持ち物を調べ、どの札を盗むか選んでいたことは明らかです。
このため、私と子供は4日間、金欠でバンコクで過ごさなければなりませんでした。
この件については、Trip.comとタイ観光警察局に既に報告済みです。
このホテルは安全ではなく、信頼できません。このような経験をするべきではない旅行者は誰もいません。

私とパートナーにとって、ホテルは悪くありませんでした。スイートルームはとても快適でしたが、ギャグの焼け跡や非常に汚れた窓があり、シミもきれいに掃除されておらず、ところどころ修理が雑でした。全体的には、友人やカップルに強くお勧めしますが、どこに行くにも原付かタクシーが必要になります。

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing.
The location can be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage depending on what you’re looking for. It’s situated about 3.5–4 kilometers away from the beach, which might feel a bit far if you want to walk there frequently. However, that distance also means the area is much quieter and more peaceful, away from the busy crowds. If you value a calm and relaxing environment, the location actually works in the hotel’s favor.

The location is not the best the sound of traffic is very loud and you can hear the electric wires. You have to rent a motorcycle to get anywhere, which the hotel rents more expensive than anywhere else. When trying to book trips to islands they also charge more than anywhere else. One of the rooms were leaking throughout the trip and they charged me for dirtying a towel even when I explain the hair dye washed out. They didn't try to wash it so I had to do it myself and even then they still charged me.

We had a very nice stay here for a week. Nice pool, staff is very helpfull (we had some requests). Mixed audience staying at the hotel. Restaurants, gyms and small shops within 5 min walking distance. Ao Nang beach itself is quite far. Getting a grab taxi is very hard. Takes atleast 15min if your are Lucky. The hotel does provide scooters which I recommend and than it is only a 5min drive to the beach and the busy tourist area. It is axtually nice to be out of the busy zone. I do recommend rooms on the pool side. The Road side is quite noisy. Id definitely stay again.

I forgot to take photos during my stay, but the room looked exactly the same as the photos shown here.
One great thing about this hotel is that there is a motorbike rental shop just across the street, which is very convenient for travelers who plan to explore by motorbike. The price is reasonable and the bikes are quite new. They even clean the motorbike before renting it out, so you don’t have to worry about being scammed.
The hotel itself is not very new and has a slightly older style, but overall it’s still okay and comfortable for a normal stay. If you rent a motorbike, it only takes about 5 minutes to reach Ao Nang, where the whole street is lively with bars, massage shops, and many restaurants.
However, if you are planning to walk everywhere, this hotel might not be very convenient because there are no attractions, restaurants, or convenience stores within walking distance.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who plan to rent a motorbike and explore around. As long as you don’t mind that the hotel is a bit older and you’re not looking for something very luxurious, it’s perfectly fine for a stay.
